    Came in to open a savings account got the best customer service from Vera Medina. She was so friendly and thorough. Definitely did her due diligence. I will not be banking with anyone else.

    I have been a customer of this branch for over 15 years. I’ve done my personal ,my business and investment banking with the same banker Gloria Torres and Scott Gajeski .I have been extremely satisfied with their services and everyone at this branch . I have since moved out of state , but all my bank accounts have remained with this US Bank . The relationship and the trust that I’ve developed over the years with this branch and group is unparalleled. There has never been a disappointment.

    Talk about poor service! Two tellers and people waiting and waiting and waiting.... guy behind me frustrated and left; in the meanwhile no eye contact or communication. Asked one of cubicle people for help and she said “ I have my ear buds in” at which point I said “well take them out”. When I asked the teller how much longer it would be she snapped at me and said “I Don’t Know “. A professional would know approximately how much longer it would be. Then the other teller gives me a ration about we’ll get to you whenever. Sorry to tell her she couldn’t run a 7-11 much less a bank. Told her where to stick it and like the other guy left frustrated.

    They never cash anybody’s checks no matter what, they only give you the option to deposit your check. This has been the case for myself and everyone I know who banks here including co-workers, friends & family. I It’s absolutely ridiculous and it’s one of the main reasons I’m going to shut down my USBank account and go someplace else. The lines here are always through the door, the atm always rejects your checks and overall they just make everything so difficult.

    This branch manager has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at US Bank. I called ahead to make sure I could rent a safety deposit box and told the person I was on the way. I drove across town stood in line, and then was told by the branch manager, PERLA AMAYA that I had to make an appointment! I told her I had already called and told the person I was on the way. She said there was no one available to help me and that I should come back and make an appointment. THE US BANK WEBSITE SAYS THAT SERVVICES ARE AVAILABLE WALK IN OR APPOINTMENT. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO RENT SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES. If I had not already called and told them I was coming I can understand them putting me off, but that was not what I was told and then it was clear that my needs were not important. Meanwhile four employees were sitting in front of me with no customers. I have never received this kind of terrible customer service from this bank at any other location. Ms Amaya cut me off, didn't listen or care about my needs, and could not have more rude and unhelpful. She obviously does not care about customers. Ms. Amaya just lost the Bank a long time customer. Ps. I see from other reviews that this branch has other complaints. Poorly run. Needs new management who cares about customers.

    Pleasant over the phone but left me in quite a bind because they "did not have the staff to assist me over the phone and I needed to make an appointment." Unfortunately the transaction was unable to be completed online or at an ATM and 24 hour customer service was unable to assist me.

    My salon banks here. The one star is for Grant and Kayla, as they always seems to try to be helpful. Since the covid shutdown, we can’t get through to make appointments for change orders or to pick up deposit receipts, even though they’ve told us multiple times that it’s an option for our business, as we can’t afford to have stylists sitting in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes. We don’t know what else to do, and will probably be taking our business elsewhere. Their lobby still isn’t open, despite the lobby of every other bank in the area being open. They need to figure out how to run efficiently with the covid pandemic. Every other business has figured it out, and we rely on them to get cash to keep our business running.

    Been with USbank since 1985. Made an appointment to get a Medallion Signature for paperwork due to the passing of my mother. The manger Trish refused to come out and talk with me. Had one of her employees run back and forth as the messenger. I had all the necessary paperwork for lawyers and copy of trust. Trisha never came out to talk to me and refused to complete the Medallion Signature. Little sympathy and no customer services to help.

    The bank's treatment of a customer with 25 years with the bank is deplorable. And NO ownership for online and other issues even though advanced help requested, even it was a bank mistake! More than a 101 customer service course is needed - I've moved my money to another bank.

    I have called this bank for nearly two weeks now. There is an issue the phone line and issue with my bank account. I have left several voicemail and have yet to be contacted. I finally got through on 11/23/20. The rep put me on hold because the system went down. After putting me on hold the line was disconnected and now I can't seem to get through. This is a business and I should not have an issue accessing my account.
