    The bank manager at my local Cottage Grove branch for years now referred me back to Nebraska where l opened my account twenty years ago to resolve my maintenance fee charge issue. The staff that l had talked the night before referred me to my local bank manager. I was treated like a total stranger.

    Clearly not concerned about customer service or wait times. I waited over 25 minutes for representative to come and help me I listened while a woman chit chatted with the associate for over 25 minutes about unrelated to banking topic while the associate had the nerve to keep looking at me and then going back to her conversation as if my time did not matter. I have been slighted like this before due to my race or my attire. This is nothing new but I choose to do business with company's I choose I choose NOT to do business with this branch anymore and will take up the time and energy to find a new banking company in the future since US Bank wants to waste my time.

    One person actually working but 5 people in the teller area who don’t bother to help when there is a line. Every. Single. Time.

    The worst costermer service I ever had at a bank. I would put a 0 if I could, I went in to get a print out of past payment and he was just a jerk to me and my daughter. There only about there money.

    I opened an acct with David within 30 days of now. When i went in to the woodbury branch inside byerlys or something like that, to deposit my check, i was assured 3 times the check would be there by morning. It was very crucial for my family it did. The next morning(Saturday) it wasnt there. The teller and branch manager in woodbury just couldn't help me. I was going to change banks. I went into my bank and talked to David and as soon as i told him, even though we haven't recieved it yet nor having gotten what i wanted, he first assured me and apologized for the bank teller and pushed fault off me. He then made several phone calls to different banks to find a manager to remove all my fees and assured me if i overdrafted to get by hed get those fees waived too. And even though i didnt get what i needed entirely i can tell hes genuine and is helping my family the best he can. Which i tend to not believe is true from any other banker. Which is why im gonna stick it out at US Bank. Bankers like David are very rare and tbh all banks suck. Still dont like nor understand the policy for my held check but whatever. Thanks

    Absolutely terrible service. Apparently hours are changed to close at 4pm with out any update on the website or updating the hours posted on the building. Teller was extremely rude and condescending. How is anyone supposed to bank at US bank when you don’t open the lobby and are only open when people are at work? Take your accounts elsewhere.
