Not sure why US Bank wants to know all you’re personal business. I went in today visited to get a large withdrawal. Doing a lot of home upgrades. I was questioned by Vanessa why I need such a large withdrawal. She said you don’t have a credit card. Like I’m just a second class citizen. As a matter of fact yes I do but how I use my cash that I ‘work’ very hard for. Is none of your business. She had to do extra verification on my account because supposedly her system was not working. Cough cough. Horrible customer service not nice to me at all. I hope she has the day she deserves. I’ve banked with US Bank for many years and don’t need her racist acting remarks.

I got help from a super nice lady from Peru. Answered all my questions I had. I dont see the reason for all the complaints when its rules required by the bank. I hate banks and the rules they have but the lady, Vanessa, was to the point and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid.
Thank you for your kind words, Gringo. I hope all your future visits meet the same level of service. Have a great day! ^Heather

My account was transferred from State Farm to US Bank and during this transition I was also closing on a home loan. I needed my bank statements for the loan process and was unable to get them online. I called the 800 number several times and was not getting anywhere until finally one of the reps called the branch manager Randy and he was able to get them for me after a couple of days. The day I went to get my cashiers check for the closing the system was down. I had to go back to the branch a couple of hours later and Randy was able to get my check for me. I was skeptical when I found out my accounts were being transferred to US Bank and was planning on closing them but I have decided to keep them because of Randy. He cares about his clients and I appreciate all of his help during these last few weeks. He made my experience easier during this stressful time. Thank you Randy!

Tremendously horrible customer service at this branch. I recommend you seek another branch at which to conduct your business. I would recommend a change in management here and serious re-training of other staff. *Reply to canned response by US Bank: How on Earth would calling a customer service representative in another state help address the issues with personnel at this bank? People need to be warned not to conduct business at this branch. In my opinion, a number of staff members including some management need to be fired. You have a cancer at this branch, and corporate needs to terminate the employment of some bad apples. You have numerous bad reviews of this branch for a very good reason. It starts at the top of the branch and has trickled down to the lowest level employees. People at that branch need to lose their jobs before that branch will have the possibility of becoming a reputable branch. That branch is ridiculously horrible. I encourage others to speak out by posting reviews when you have a bad experience there so potential new clients will bank elsewhere. Astonishingly horrible. Thumbs down.

I usually go to multiple USBank Branches depending which one I am closest to. Sometimes Firestone, Brighton, or the Branch inside of King Soopers in Thronton. I have had an account with USBank for almost a year and a half now. Derrick the teller at this Branch was the FIRST to ever ask me if I wanted my withdraw in an envelope. He on multiple points of the transaction was very welcoming and provided great customer service. He was very professional and the simple gesture of offering to put my withdraw in a safe envelope demonstrated he puts himself in others shoes, goes beyond what is expected, and cares about my money. This withdraw in particular was my rent and it is always difficult to set it apart in my wallet when other tellers in the past have not offered to place it in an envelope. Makes it even easier to give it to my landlord. Very impressed with his professionalism. I hope to see this employee move up the ladder quickly in this company.

Staff and management have been horribly rude on multiple occasions. I avoid this branch unless I am in a hurry and have no other convenient option. It is astonishing how an entire branch can have such bad people. It is almost like there is a cancer in leadership at this branch and it permeates through to the lower staff members... like branch management's philosophy and poor conduct are taught to lower level staff at daily or weekly meetings to ensure they will provide the worst possible customer service. Figurative heads need to roll at this branch. I'm calling for a boycott and the firings of the leadership at this branch. It is polar opposite to the branch at 136th and Colorado. I wish I had video and audio of each of my visits to post here. They are THAT BAD. Avoid this branch. And FIRE the management if you want to alienate fewer customers.

Systems down several times over the past few weeks. Have someone stand in the parking lot or put up a sign so customers don't waste time waiting in a line only to be told at the window that your systems are down. Add that with long lines and other branches closed in Westminster makes it difficult to try and do business with you.

By far the worst and slowest bank I have ever been too in my life. Try and do anything possible to avoid this location. It’s like the workers are all dumb and don’t know much or have any effort to move at a faster pace. No customer service here. Just aweful

Called and asked if they notarized wills since we are card holders. Was told yes, went to the bank and waited to be seen by the personal banker for over 40 minutes only to be told that wills are the one thing that they don’t notarize without much of an apology. The banker then told me to go to ups where they charge $5 per stamp, which for my will I need 12 meaning I would be paying $60 per will! Absolutely horrible customer service and apparently lack of staff knowledge is common since the banker did not seem concerned or surprised when I told her we had called prior and asked.
