    Horrible management. On 2 occasions the branch manager as not been willing to help. I've never had a bank before punish you for fraud on your account. They should be there for you. Not this bank. They hold assets for weeks. Nothing get figured out in a timely manner. Thanks for Nothing US bank!

    Constantly disappointed with the time management of both US Bank branches in Great Falls. How does a manager justify such short hours for a drive thru window? Definitely not meeting the needs of this customer and I dout of this community from the reviews I've read. Please don't respond with, please email to discuss this matter, it's an apparent smoke screen to deflect any real resolution to the many issues customers face with US Bank Great Fall.

    I got a refund check from my insurance company for over payment recently that has both my name and my wife's name on it. Since we don't have a joint bank account, we had to go into a US bank since that's the bank the insurance company deals with. My wife and I went into this bank to try and cash our check and the old lady teller was being snotty and rude to us the entire time just because we don't have a joint account. After getting some PII from us (our social security numbers and employers names) she went back to the teller area and left us in the lobby. After about five minutes, she came back and told us that the insurance company hadn't released the funds yet and she wasn't able to cash it. I got ahold of my insurance agent in Helena and asked him about it and he told me that definitely wasn't the case and that the company wouldn't send a check without having the funds authorized. He said it was more likely that the teller just didn't want to cash our check for us.

    Less than personable. Searching for a new bank but judging by the treatment and service I received today, it wont be US Bank. Extremely rude. Hours weren’t very accommodating either. Info received via customer service line different from actual info as well. All around fail.

    I have held an account for well over a year, recently deposited a check (1 week before Christmas) the bank accepted my deposit then decided to pull it out. No one from the bank called to inform me. Today (5 days later) I called when I noticed my low balance. I was told they pulled the check and sent it back to me by mail to re deposit!!! The re issued check from the bank will not arrive for another day or two and then I need to wait for it to clear again- my Christmas is ruined!!!!!! I have no time now to get the money to purchase my children's gifts or Christmas dinner as I had been spending assuming that money was in my account. A simple call from the bank to inform me there was an issue so I could resolve it would have avoided this mess, I am now relying on snail mail the week of Christmas.

    A teller at this location removed $325 from my account without me being there, put it into my girlfriends account. My girlfriend had been attempting to transfer the amount into my account for rent. Luckily it was a clerical error, and was easily reversed, but none the less this is a major issue. The teller also didn't ID my girlfriend when she withdrew money from her account, whether she's new to the bank or not - this is not an excusable mistake. I'm mortified that an issue like this could actually happen at a bank. In my opinion the teller at this location shouldnt have her job.

    Terrible!!! The new manager Heidi Hardin was not helpful or cooperative. I have been sending requesting verifications with that branch for over 2 years and she said she was new and would never do this for me and kept telling me have a good day over and over. I finally said excuse me.... before she hung up on me. Never have I received such bad customer service!!

    No one answers the phone during normal business hours. And now no bank or drive-through access on Saturdays. It's high time to take my business elsewhere.

    Always really long wait times and poor customer service. Been using US Bank for 5 years but probably going to go somewhere else.
