You need to have more than 1 person working in your building, and a little friendlier, you staff is slow I usually wait a good 10 minutes in line, and then receive attitude from your staff, it dosen't matter of it's the lobby or the driveway thru this is really unacceptable. Your not the only bank in town and it makes me wanna transfer my money elsewhere.

I’ve never had a worse experience in my life. It was one lie after another. The loan officer verified that everything would go through fine and when it did not she said “don’t worry I will give you a place to stay until we figure this out.” This was because she told me to give my notice at my current residence. When things fell through on their end I never heard from her again. Phone calls and emails were never ever returned or answered. I was told “I need to stop spending so much time on your loan.” This is completely unacceptable. I was warned to not use US Bank but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt anyways. Every day there was a new issue and another broken promise. I do not advise anyone to take their business here.

The most unprofessional establishment I’ve dealt with. Loan officers do not return emails or calls. The loan officer told us “I am spending too much time working on your loan” isn’t that their job???!!!!! Terrible experience!!!!

The workers are all ignorant especially the lady I spoke with this morning about retrieving my bank card that their atm stole. Worst Bank ever it should be shut down it’s a POS
