I sure see a lot of posts from unhappy people. I just went through the drive through and I thought the guy was courteous and got me out in less than 3 minutes. I could hear him servicing more than just my line and he was a great multitasker. I’d say they had their job down pat and I had a good experience when I was expecting a bad one.

Us bank is horrible bank i never seen . i did deposit check at ATM they hold for 7 to 10 day . when i came to the bank asking why they hold my check so long ? all the teller work at the bank answer different . final answer i stll have to wait after 10 day to ger my money ???? wha’t the held bank working like that i wish i can give them 0 star

Literally the worst bank you could choose. I called in to dispute a charge & the customer service representative marked it as fraudulent & canceled my debit card without informing me. I went to the store to buy groceries & kept getting declined. So I had to waste even more time trying to get this figured out & was told there was nothing they can do once the card is canceled. Meanwhile I have to go without a debit card & go through the hassle of switching all my bills to the new card. Thanks for the headache US bank!! 🤬

Came to open a savings account. 15 minutes and everyone available never said anything or helped us after I asked to ask to speak with a banker. To burn some time, I tried to add my wife to my account. She said she couldn't, and I needed a banker. Ok. Then decided to just cash out his piggy bank and open a account later, as this was already 20 minutes into it. They refused to take my change! Said they didn't have a change machine. How being a bank, can you refuse a customers money? Closing all my accounts, done with this company and its sub par employees.

I am not a review writer, but I have to say this. I just visited my elderly aunt in Colorado, and she is definitely slowing down. I took her on errands for 4 days and witnessed a rude nasty impatience for elderly. The only place that treated her with due respect was this U.S. Bank. The teller Ember was so sweet to her, even when she had to repeat herself multiple times. All of this while a line was forming quickly behind us, still Ember never showed a lack in her care or a second of stress. This kind of customer service is sadly becoming a rarity in our world, so I hope you all know what you have in this stellar employee. Thank you Ember & US Bank!

Been coming here since last July, overall hands had to many issues, however the lady today was a royal B* and I will not be coming back. She was nothing short of rude, disrespectful and discriminatory. How she managed to worm her way into employment here I can o ly imagine is from their staffing issues as someone of her caliber should not be in a customer service position. At this point I've closed my accounts and I'm going elsewhere, I'd say they need to get their act together but they don't care, and I fear never will.

3 years ago, my husband died. I had to change our US Bank to my name. The branch is at 5211 W 72nd Ave, Westminster, CO 80003 . They gave me a Preferred account that charges 24.95 per month. I didn’t ask for it. I did not know what it was until I started looking through the charges… US Bank has over $700.00 in service charges. I was 74 when my husband died. They also have a free account for people over 65. I was not offers that account or any options. This is so unethical. It hurts my heart that such a huge bank with take advantage of a grieving widow. I can’t even get an appointment with the bank manger. So sad.. Christie Burton

went in person to get a wire sent for the purchase of a property and they gave me a receipt showing it was going to be sent. the next morning it was supposed to be sent around 9am. i was contacted by the property seller who told me the property was going to be put back on the market as the wire for earnest was never received. went back in person to the bank to have it sent, as it should have been, and they still charged the $30 wire fee for this to be sent. pathetic customer service for something that was their mistake. i can see why US Bank is rated the worst bank to use based on fees and customer service.

Had a very horrible experience at this Branch today — Amanda, the customer service rep didn’t think the signature matched the one in their system, so she tried to call my boss but he didn’t answer. After a few attempts, she walks back to the counter and literally reprimanded me in front of all the customers standing in line. This isn’t hyperbole, but not verbatim she said something in the territory of, “I’ll go ahead and cash this, but if anyone else tries to come in here and cash this kind of check, they will be turned away because this is unacceptable!” Then, in her agitation, tossed my check into her deposit box and huffed like an old librarian. I asked for her name, which is Amanda, and replied, “I’m sorry for inconveniencing you, Amanda”! Then I walked out being appalled at the level of disrespect she put on display. Maybe this should give them an idea as to why I don’t want to open an account at US Bank.

Went through the drive thru to cash a check. Was told I needed to come inside to cash my check. Told them I didn't understand why and that I had 2 young kids in the car and didn't want to bring inside. Drove to my own personal bank to get it done. You guys suck! Whether I'm inside or in the drive through I'm still the same person! Glad I don't bank with you and never will. 0 stars if that was an option 1 is being generous!
