    I'm deeply unsatisfied with my experience at this branch. Disclaimer: I'm not a US bank customer, and was only using an ATM machine at the branch. The ATM machine charged my card, didn't dispense cash, and retained my card as well. Of course one walks into the branch for help, there's the large "US Bank" logo imprinted on the ATM after all. The banker was condescending and aggressive, telling me that given I'm not a customer of US bank and it's a third party machine, the branch can't and surely don't care to do anything about it, not even help to retrieve my card locked 10 steps away. Why would I ever want to be a customer of US bank after this? If you placed a machine by your lobby offering ATM service to non US bank customers, you should at least have the sense of responsibility to direct users of the service to appropriate channels of assistance. Did I not pay transaction fees while using these services? Even for the failed cash withdraw I was charged the transaction fee as well. Why would I assume I will be treated well if I were a customer of US bank when there's no common courtesy extended? Disappointing institution.

    I'm deeply unsatisfied with my experience at this branch. I walk into the branch, I saw the branch manager was talking to the security guard by the door and we made eye contact. Never once he greeted me. What happen to, "Hello, welcome to US Bank?" Have US Bank gone away from this or only juat this location? I made my way to the deposit counter, requesting the CSR I have a cash deposit and after I would make a withdraw for a credit card payment. Half way through the transaction, the CSR rudely ask if I have mobile banking and if so why don't I used it? I was dumbfounded by that comment, I thought as if I in some twilight zone? Because this is the worse experience ever! I have better service at other US Bank locations. Come on S. Federal Blvd! What happen to your customer service? This location need a whole rework! Top Leaderships need to bring in better manager and hire better employees that actually care about their customers.

    I’m not a fan of this location. The employees act like your banking inconvenience isn’t their problem to solve. moreover, there isn’t a restroom for customers. the wait for a banker can take awhile. with such a big location and a stand alone building you’d think they’d invest in a small restroom for the comfort of their customers while waiting. This is 2020 not 1920! On one occasion my friend and I were waiting in the teller line and he felt sick. I went up to the counter to explain to the teller and asked if we could use their employee restroom for an urgency. She flat out declined and didn’t care. I asked if a manager could help us and she declined. I don’t know what iron clad restroom policy they had, but it’s a bit much. We had to leave without completing our transaction. How hasn’t anyone raise this issue?

    After a very long day taking care of patients, I skipped my lunch so I could arrive at US Bank to make a deposit before 4pm. When I parked and walked to the door at 3:46, the doors were locked. I ran back to my car to race to the car line, of 12+ waiting customers... only to have a US bank employee put a cone in front of my car and tell me I can't make a deposit until they open again at 3:54. He said for me to use the ATM.. I can't deposit to my landlord's account via ATM or night drop. Thankfully my landlord is understanding and isn't charging me a fee for paying after the last business day of the month. I don't want an apology. Or a letter saying,"oh we're so sorry you feel that way." ; I would just like to be served when I arrive at a business before closing time.

    This is the worst drive through. I have been waiting for 45 min 3 cars back. Come on! Deposits and withdrawals are not that difficult Also your website says you are CLOSED. While in line I called as I have been waiting for 45 min to make sure my deposit will be accepted as your bank employees service is slower than a turtle. The person who answered the phone says this location is open until 2pm. Please fix your website so customers can wait or go to another location. This has nothing to do with COVID19. THIS IS 100% NOT ABLE TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS. It would also help if people in vehicles were prepared with paperwork. Grab deposit/withdrawal slips and have them ready

    This bank is the worst bank I've ever been too. They never have enough tellers and the tellers working, take their damn sweet time. Most of them are rude. I hate coming to this bank but I have to for work. The commercial line is always closed. I always expect to be at the bank for about 30 mints. Plus driving back to work. This bank needs to do something different

    Slowest drive thru and rudest staff. They claim the line is so slow due to customers inability to fill out the slips. When my turn came, 35 minutes later, they asked what I needed! I had sent a check made out to cash and my drivers license. How many options are there. Next question was if I had an account, hmm does the check say US Bank on it?! When I questioned her, Andrew popped in to tell me to be nice. Seriously?! Get it together!

    Don't even bother coming to this bank, take the extra time and go somewhere else, their atms are almost always not working, they probably pay 5 year olds to fix them cause they never stay working for long, terrible us bank location, always a long line. They need new management or something because whoever is running this bank, clearly is doing a horrible job.

    I usually never give a bad review but when I do they deserve it. This branch is inexperienced and have no idea what they are talking about. All the way to the branch manager. I have a hold on a check for seven days. I get told from corporate to talk to the manager who also gives me incorrect información. I get tossed around for the money i work hard for and I still have to wait close to two weeks just to get it. Not only that but I call corporate again and I get told by Emily that she clearly does not care about my situation. They dont care for you here in this bank. It disappoints me that they dont care for the small person. As soon as this hold is off. I will cancel my account with them.

    Miriam is likely the rudest person I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. Hey Us Bank there are plenty of decent people out there looking for jobs right now. I suggest you go look for someone not only more deserving of the position, but also someone who can perform the job without making one want to find a new bank.
