Been banking at this location for 20+ years and am very satisfied with the top notch service. It's rare to find a bank that's consistently customer centric even when there's been a change in staff.

Unfortunately, this is an all too familiar situation that I often find myself in. Discriminatory, unfair and unequal treatment. I went to do a wire transfer at the US Bank on Mikwaukee Avenue. I presented my ID, bank card and validated ownership of account via text message. Everything was going fine until I notice the branch manager, whose name was Jessica, pulling images of my prior checks. I was curious why she did that. She stated that they do that for all wire transfers. She stated that my last check was a large deposit so she had to make sure if cleared. Well, the problem with that is, the check was drawn from a Title company's account at their bank. The check had already cleared for days. She took my ID and bank card and left out the room and left me in the room for 30 minutes with no interaction whatsoever. When I stated to her about how I felt profiled, discriminated against, felt like I was unfairly treated and that I would be audio recording our transaction, she stated that I was not allowed to record our audio and that I could not do my wire transfer. Jessica * was the branch manager that I dealt with. I would advise anyone of color not to do business with this bank because US Bank has shown that they do not appreciate the business of people of color. As of 07/25/2021 no one in management has gotten back with me in regards to my complaints. I have not been contacted by any inclusion or diversity managers or regional managers.

They have the worst customer service I've ever received from any bank. Their atm captured my bank card. I was told to return to the branch the next day and my card would be returned. I went to the bank received 3 different conflicting responses from 3 different bank personnel. One of the managers spoke in an extremely aggressive tone and went through a line of questions like an interrogation. They were completely unwilling to assist with an error their atm made which left me in a huge predicament unable to access my money since my bank is in an entirely different country. Please avoid this bank they have zero customer service skills. Over the years I have had too many negative experiences with their staff. Banking should never be an unpleasant hassle.

I do not know why people are saying they are rude. I have been with this bank for 30 yrs and there us a reason why! Friendly, helpful, and always attentive. Even when I have had to wait cause if long lines I was apologized to for my wait time. As far as credit cards they are required to recommend and have a quota to sell products...doesn't every bank!! If you had a bad day don't take it out on someone else! I have never had ANYONE be rude in any way. Think do you want to be treated bad at your job!! When you walk into anywhere where people are going to provide you with a service, don't come in with an attitude, don't walk in thinking you are the only person that exists...be kind, and people will be kind to You! Say hello, how are you. We seem to have forgotten the ones behind that counter are humans too!! That could be your kid, your, mom, your dad, would you like someone doing that to them? Hands down the WORST customer service!! Was turned away a week ago and told to schedule on -line. Went online to schedule and my appointment was cancelled out of blue and with no explanation! When I called to find out why my appointment had been cancelled I was given no reasonable explanation. Don’t waste your time with these people. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Don't do it!! Jose is a brute! He will force credits cards on you. He does not listen to specific requests because he's so busy being pushy about the lines of credit. Listed my account with the wrong address and now I fear fraud will take place. Went in just recently to cash a check and Jose laughed so loudly in my face that everyone started looking at me. He did this while sitting next to a supervisor, named Eric. Eric did and said nothing. I suppose because I'm not Hispanic I don't deserve respectful service. We work too hard to be treated this way. I have to agree with several of the posts. Just completely unprofessional. I was working with Eric at this bank to get a HELOC. Initially came off very professional and friendly. I turned in all requested documents the day that I applied for the HELOC with Eric. Afterwards, I get absolutely no followup from Eric for a good week. I ended up contacting him numerous times with no answer and finally one time I got in touch with him. He said he will call me back with an update that same business day. 2 days passed and nothing. I then went to the branch to speak with the branch manager Mariselle, who appologized and said she will personally handle this for me. Of course she also promised call backs and updates, but never lived up to it. I will never do any business with this branch or any US Bank for that matter. Complete garbage. And sadly, I have to agree with the reviewer regarding the hispanic comment. Only reason most of these people are employed is due to the fact that they cover eachother behind and overlook unprofessional behavior. Almost looks like this publicly traded bank branch is family run and I don't mean that in a good way at all.

I when to open an account ( checking) and the person that was helping me (Eric Oyola) run my credit whit out my authorization, he only start to ask me for my information and I realize he did because I recive an alert on my phone. He play stupid and said may be the sistem did it. But good news you are aprobe for a credit card. I said I didn't want it. I received 10 days later on the mail. After contact the bank and ask for an answer they transfer me to the manager of this branch leave a couple o voice malis never heard from them. Thanks US Bank I get a hard inquiry on my credit, and new open account with out my outhorization. That show on my credit. Yes I put my sing on the screen but I thought I was signing to open my checking account.

The staff is very kind however it takes an absurd amount of time to get anything done here. I wait 15-20 minutes everytime I come here just to make a simple deposit. Need more staff or different ways to operate.

I have been going to this bank forever before I even knew what a bank was. It has gone through various name changes but it still remains standing as a bank. It is located in the parking lot of a CVS. You can use the parking lot and go in or the drive through lanes to do your banking. Banks aren't exciting unless you're taking out or depositing money. Each one has there perks but there are way too many of them.
