    US Bank on-line payment & banking system WAS world class! They changed their service provider and all I've had is issues with payments. You can't tell IF a bill is going to be sent electronically or mailed or changed the next month to mailed. When you call to ask, their answer is it depends on the merchant; which isn't true. Their PRIOR systems always sent payments electronically and now over 1/3 of my bills are being sent via a check!!!!! I've sent emails, called, talked and it's totally useless! US BANK what has happened to your great customer service! I'm beginning to think I need a new bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This bank branch sucks! They NEVER answer the phone, even during their business hours. Long lines with one teller working at a time...ridiculously poor customer service. Bad, bad business procedures!

    I love US BANK for one reason, Jennifer Kanchy. Jen has worked with me through some of the hardest, most stressful times of my life. She has went above and beyond on 4 separate occasions spanning 3 years and while I was living in 2 different states. I’ve never had any professional person take on my problems and work to resolve things the way she has in my 57 years. She is quick but thorough and makes it all more fun and personal. She is truly a people person who cares about her customers, inside and out of the bank. As long as she’s with US Bank, I will be as well.

    This was definitely one of the most corrupt business's I have ever felt with! Bank manager at Grants Pass, OR on sixth street is not qualified to manage a laundry mat let alone a bank. M ty account was compromised and sent proof more then once. They now know they are wrong so what does a corrupt outfit do?? They turn me in to Chex system and refuse to take it off and not open another account!! This will not go any further! Pride is not worth the headache coming ! And low and behold when I was doing this review I have managed to get someone in corporate to see the whole thing as it is!! Halalua!!! Since July the people at bank have done nothing and should loose there job over this!! III know I won't ever do business with this shadey place! Good riddance!

    The customer service in grants pass is horrible. This is a retirement community with many elderly that are not going to use the mobile system. I have banked at US bank since 1982. I went into deposit a check the day after New Years and there were 2 tellers on and 2 others sitting at their desks, And two went to lunch during peak time 12-1. All managers know you are to staff for peak times and there should have been 4 tellers or more on. The line went to the door and it took 25 minutes to see a teller. This bank used to give good service but not any more. I get better service at Umpqua and WF so I will be moving my business to one of them. they also closed the drive up teller. Believe it or not most people want to interact with a human and not a machine.

    I have had US Bank since 2006 in Montana and I have had no trouble with this institution at all. Have three accounts and pay my bills on line through them. Fast and efficient each time. I am an excellent customer, so that does help. Thank you ladies, from a Senior.

    I have been banking with US Bank for 14 years. I have 3 checking accounts, a savings account, and 3 lines of credit with them. I have great credit, as well as a stellar banking history with them. My two personal checking accounts, as well as my savings account for mobile deposit, has a daily deposit limit of $5,000. My BUSINESS account, has a daily limit of $2,500. Ridiculous? Yes, yes it is. I have asked NUMEROUS times, to have my daily limit of my business account raised to the same $5,000 daily limit of all 3 of my other accounts. They tell me, NO. I have spoken with an account manager out of Eugene, as well as the bank manager in the Albertson's branch in GP off of Allen Creek, the assistant manager, and the teller. Apparently some 'guy' that oversees the mobile limits has said no. The account manager out of Eugene was trying to advocate for me, so she reached out to the local Albertson's branch to see if they could assist me. Well, assistant manager Lisa, said to me, 'I looked at your accounts and couldn't find the justification to do so.' I'm sorry, what Lisa? You are not advocating for me, for something so simple? The manager and teller were, but to no avail. So I continue to have to make deposits into my other accounts, and transfer my money into my business account. Completely absurd, and insulting. I shouldn't have to beg a bank to take my money. I will be closing all accounts and going to a bank where their tenure customers are treated better. Thanks a pant-load Lisa, what a great help you were in solidifying my decision to leave US Bank.

    Had an account for a long time, I have signed up for notifications 5 or 6 times in three years and they have never worked, one day I would have an available balance, the next I would be negative a ridiculous amount. Transactions would take weeks to process, the online system is so out of date I would have to balance my checkbook to figure out the money available. Called today to ask for a reversal on 2 fees that were charged in the same day, I was negative $30 over night and when I realized the next morning it ended up being $120 dollars because of fees, I would have paid the negative amount if I had notifications letting me know my balance. Manager was rude and unhelpful and said I can take my services elsewhere, WILL DO!

    I needed bank statements for 6 accounts and was asked to come back at the end of the day to receive them; when I inquired why that click and print task would take so long, the teller informed me that she might be able to do it in 45 min. because she needed to research my accounts. I decided to be ok with this and went to do grocery shopping. Once done, going back to the bank was not an option so I called to inform them that I would be back the following day to pick up the statements (kids, grocery shopping, and bank...who would have thought things didnt go as planned); unfortunatly no one picked up...for 3 days! TL;DR answer your phones
