This review is based on US Bank corporation in relation to this specific branch. Since they have reopened the lobby the service has been painfully slow. They are grossly understaffed. If you go to the drive thru then plan on waiting for 20 minutes. If you go to the lobby plan on waiting 15 minutes. If you try to call, consider yourself lucky to reach someone. I asked when they would be back to full staff to better serve costumers and multiple employees told me that they are at full staff now. They informed me that US Bank is not going to bring everyone back because they are trying to get more people to do online banking. They people that work there are great but they can't do their job effectively do to poor management by the corporation itself.

The worst bank on the planet, there the slowest in helping and then all they do is lie when they’ve made a mistake. I wouldn’t give them a single star but to post this they have to have one.
