    Worst bank in Missouri. Guaranteed to never ever get through the drive through. I just watched four people back out and leave. I'll bank on them going to another bank to open their accounts. Horrible experiences here!

    Worst service possible! I received a phon call and was told to call back. Spent the last four hours calling only to get told the lady who called ME was on lunch! Still hasn’t called back and I STILL can’t get ahold of anyone! I HATE THIS BANK! I will be taking my business elsewhere

    Had to wait 50+ minutes in the drive thru while everyone around me got service. If you are such short staff just block a lane or two. If they had told me it would be a minute or two I would have understood, but they did nothing. I finally got service after about an hour of waiting.

    Lobby is only open till 1 PM. So I went through the drive-through to do a wire transfer for a real estate deal. There they turned me away and said it’s by appointment only and would have to be tomorrow at earliest. It’s really puts a delay in any type of business dealings. Working towards driving customers away.

    Awful customer service. Not only were they 43 minutes late for our scheduled appointment, no one greeted us or apologized, and the two staff members who were in their offices wouldn’t assist us as they had “upcoming” appointments. This isn’t the first lousy interactions we’ve encountered at this branch so we are moving our four accounts.

    On Saturday, I used ATM to deposit money, but the ATM broke down and did not return my money. All the phone calls to the bank were automatically answered, but my problem could not be solved. Now I have to wait until Monday to find the staff

    Worst customer service ever, by that I mean a complete lack of any customer service at all, literally! Can't even contact my branch office to complain!

    This place just makes up their own hours I guess. Twice now they have been closed on a Saturday with no sign posted or anything. A couple weeks ago they were closed Thursday-Friday and it wasn’t even a holiday. This is the only US bank in Phelps county and the branch is about to lose my business because of this bank.

    There are some friendly folks there that seems glad to help. But however the whole expierence is lacking. I have a business account and a business credit card. They let my card expire and all the time I tried to call to get it renewed, I was transferred to corporate where I had to wait on the phone for over an hour listening to the worst nerve jangling music ever. There are other hiccups at this location that is less than professional.
