    Beware of the ATM at this location. I used my non-US bank card and it kept the card even though when I called my own bank there was no hold on my card. The staff was very helpful assisting me in trying to get my card back. I appreciate they understood the situation. But don’t ever put your bank card in this ATM!

    One star is too many! Deposited a check in mobile app ,got email the next day saying it was accepted ,the next day I have a negative balance,the next day I have fifteen dollars.i call 1800 # they tell me their fraud department put a ten day hold on it 4 days after I deposited it & she couldn't help me.i called the south Pasadena branch they said I needed to call my branch ( rosemead) so I did & they asked me a bunch of questions put me on holds few times then told me they couldn't do anything.i still have the check,it's good (there's a number to call to verify funds)but I can't cash it cause they say they can't stop the process even though they haven't done anything with it yet! Also I can't close my account to finds good bank till this check clears!

    Extremely unprofessional branch. Visited a few days ago, was told to revisit this specific branch Monday when the branch manager would be there. Drove 45mins to go to this specific branch as I was instructed. The branch manager gives me a weird look and asks why I’m in Pasadena. Then tells me to drive to another branch in a different area and try to open a account there… I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

    I've always had a pleasant experience at this branch. My issue is not with the branch but the bank itself. My bank was originally Downey Savings which was one of the victims of the 2008 meltdown and was consolidated into U.S. Bank. Since that has happened I have been nickeled and dimed for at least $500 in fees. Yes, I can take some of the blame but I have called Customer Service and they would never make good faith efforts to figure something out and work with me even if something happened that wasn't my fault. Anyway, just closed my checking account and my savings which I started when I was 12 years old. I already switched my primary banking to a credit union and they have been great. I wanted to keep this one but I kept being dinged with b.s. fees. If you can, switch to a credit union and tell the banks to take a hike.

    Bad service. 2 different ppl gave me wrong info. I had to call the 1 800 number updated what I needed to be done with no problems. This branch has employees with bad attitudes & they argue with each other in-front of everyone. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    You walk in and everyone greets you with a big smile, but unfortunately they are not very helpful or forthcoming with key information you expect them to know AND pass along to the customer. Customer Service includes actual service not just an empty smile.

    not very nice...the atm ate my card and they told me they'd hold it for me when they fished it out...and now i call to find it was destroyed. are you trying to give B of A a run for their money in crappiness?
