Very rude and disrespectful customer service. Went in there over my father’s account because he has passed and the blonde lady was very rude now the dark headed girl was trying to help us out and what it all came down to is the probate order is the short version and the one the bank wanted is the longer version now if the lady had told us that from the beginning and not just say you need the order and us calling our court house twice and then telling us that the order we have is the right one and us trying to explain that to the lady that didn’t want to deal with us or have anything to do with us then rolling her eyes at us I mean really it is not hard enough that we have lost our father but she is being rude and disrespectful to us. So I will not come back and probably will not use this bank for my father’s estate either why would I see how people treat people in the grieving process.

I went to get documents notarized. The notary didn't understand how to fill out the documents and became aggravated with me. Very rude and cold even though I made an appointment. The company is going to send me more documents because the notary did the forms wrong. There was one part that wasn't supposed to be filled out but they insisted on arguing with me instead of making sure it was filled out correctly. Terrible customer service and very defensive.

They have another manager now and she is awesome. The staff that is there now are always helpful and friendly. I don't really go to other locations, as they are the only efficient and reliable one in Lexington that I have found. I am there almost daily, as I bank with them for my job.

A couple of people at the branch located in meijer on 2155 Paul Jones Way, Lexington, KY 40509 should be terminated. The manager, Treena cunningham, lied directly to my face regarding accessing my funds and sent me around the city and insisted I contact the fraud department claiming they're the only ones who could assist me, all to be told that the manager at the branch in which I opened my account was the only person who could help me. Which was Treena. Once I confronted her with this information she then flat out told me she would not help me then became defensive and claimed I was harassing them simply because I, and very civilly, brought all of this to light. The teller by the name of Clay Freddie was extremely rude, his face grew red as if he was angered by my frustration, and blurted aloud my personal information to the surrounding customers in an attempt to humiliate me for a negative balance that I DID NOT CAUSE. They held my funds without probable cause and never gave me the reason why. I'm beyond appalled at how I was treated for I've been a loyal, easygoing and respectable customer for the past 4 years or so. Something needs to be done about this. Then when I requested to withdraw my funds and close my account the teller tells me he cannot withdraw because he closed my account already. There's no way that was processed that fast, especially considering I accentuated the withdraw before closure. So after that I had to cash my check there and they had the audacity to charge me a 7 dollar fee because I "no longer had an account with them"! I demand my money back for that, reprimands for those crude and dishonest employees and a formal apology from corporate.
After reading your review, we can understand your frustration with the experience. We would never want a customer to feel this way after working with us. Went there today to do my banking and some of it was in very small bills . I asked the lady to run it through their counter and she told me she could not count it , she can only verify it . . So I proceeded to ask her how does she verify it without counting up? She went on to tell me That it is against policy for her to count it. I told her I could give her a number off of the top of my head and then she would have to Count it In order to verify that number and then she would have to give me the amount she just counted. DUH !!!! So we were basically dancing around in circles and she was of no help whatsoever. I have been banking with U.S. Bank for 12 years And I have never encountered someone at my bank would not help me. Worst experience ever. And I agree with the previous review about the blonde haired lady . This lady with blond headed, would not get out of her seat, and just basically told me to go somewhere else. Horrible Experience

I was refused service “because she can” by the blonde lady everyone keeps referring to. She is the branch manager at this location and her name is Trenna. Refused to give me cash of my available balance, and told me to go somewhere else. I did pull $500 cash from the atm, but that the limit I’m able to get in one day, and I needed more. I ended up calling the police and customer service line after she threatened me stating she would call “security”. While my 6 and 8 year old are standing there watching her act like that. She mumbled something and I ask her what she said and she says oh you heard me. I said no I didn’t or I wouldn’t have ask. She’s clearly miserable and lazy and has no business working at a bank or any job with public in general. I didn’t once curse, call names or yell at her and I’m treated this way in front of countless customers as well as my children. This reflects on her, I’ve never had an issue with usbank ever in my life. I have 8 years of banking experience and I’m well versed of the laws and regulations. I also have a short video of how she treated me and I will be posting on my social media & letting my half million fans know about how I was treated, if this isn’t taken care of tomorrow. As a previous banker, non of the banks would ever keep someone employed who treated me the way she did. I have a case opened against her and going to speak to the regional manager tomorrow.
I’m so sorry to hear about your experience at our branch. This is very concerning to us and we’d like to look into it further. Please send us an email to [email protected] with your phone number, and we will call you within 24-48 business hours. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. ^Jessica

It's the heavyset blonde lady who is rude at US Bank in Meijer (I have gone there for 5 years) she will literally leave you standing in line while she has a conversation not relevant to business or banking whatsoever ( i'm talking 10 min of her just chatting it up while everyone else is going about their day trying to get things done or at least treat people with respect , and anyone else I have encounter there is useless aside from paying my card.. never mentioned any of the things that could and eventually did help me tremendously when I showed up and deal with a younger, thinner, darker haired, kind of attractive lady lol her name Jeri Noe or Jeri Noel. Words can't describe how much more of a help she was for meme. The 1st day I saw her, she was kind, insightfull, and actually helps find you better options and offers and does her job more than just the bare minimum of a deposit or payment. 1st interaction I had with her, she said "I can't believe no one has offered you this card, you have been eligible for it for a long time" she set me up with it in no time and turned out to be the best out of any family or friend I know has, and my family is financially well-off/smart. I started making a profit off my bank every month due to the 1-5% cash back. This card also had a MUCH higher limit than any of my others. A year later I asked the chatty big blonde if I had any credit card offers she said no. The same week I'm in Meijer and I see wonder woman LOL.. I ask her if I have a credit card offer, she says yes and linked me up instantly with another card interest free for a year with the nice limit on it. No joke I won't even speak to anyone else at that branch and less I am simply making a deposit or payment and I suggest you all do the same. Also mention if you feel the same way I do... how useless and sometimes rude the other workers at the bank are, and how much better Jeri is compared to them it's a wonder how the others have a job. Trust me if you show up and you see the multitude of people wait the extra 5-10 minutes to avoid the others and see her and I'm sure you agree and do the same from that point on. That girl made my credit another level then it would be head I kept dealing with that fat blonde and dark haired jerk who never would've even offered me a card aside from the 1 $1000 limit car and I had lol now I have two cards that are 20X that amount, both with lower interest rates, and1 gives an opportunity to profit every month if you pay them off on time every month which I did for years until I got in a bad wreck but that lady help my financial situation 100X more than every banker at that branch combined. :) thank u Jeri!

US Bank is one of the most corrupt corporations. They will find any way to sneak in fees. Do not put your money in this dump. I switched from my credit union because of a “promotion” they were doing. Worst mistake ever. This company and their customer service SUCKS.

Worst service I ever got in my life from this branch as of today and to many times before. Every time I ask for something the answer will be ( we don’t kn, we can’t, we are not allowed to or go to your branch while they are my branch). I don’t kn what type of bankers usbank been having lately but this is over. If u don’t have someone who knows how to handle your customers please don’t waste our time with those idiot branch’s.
