Unbelievable such a unprofessional employees and management. I waited more than 20 minutes to make my deposit while I’m the only car at Drive thro and to get change I have to drive around which is understandable but after 10mints when she walked out with my change and receipts she said “there you go you change and box of your Penney” I said thank you and she said “haaa ummm” and to get a old deposit receipt from 04/09 I have to lessen to unprofessional explanation of the branch manager and she not helped me at all.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Everytime I come here I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in the drivethru and there was only one other car in line today. What the heck is going on here. Never have to wait like this at any other branches.

Banked here for several years, instead of being offered services needed for my account and circumstances. The teller Pena says it is customers fault and refers me to a 800 number to reverse their charge. Hospitality goes a long way, but I would not recommend this bank. They are not up front about overdraft protection, their atms are limited and down often. And their customer service has been sub par. Always below what is expected for the business that is given to them. If I could rate a ZERO based on my experience with Pena alone I would. My other experiences with tellers have always been helpful when looking into banking errors.

Overall, most U.S. Bank branches I've been to are friendly and courteous. I honestly don't know how corporate allows this location to operate the way it does. I just avoid this branch if I need to speak to a person. Every interaction at this branch I've been met with some form of either condescension or annoyance. I recommend the one inside the Publix near South Church Street.

Literally the worst bank I've ever had to do business with in over 20 years. Consistently slow, don't understand how their own computers work, can't count, can't help a customer in anything less than 15 minutes. Office workers will ignore a line of any length, including ones that make it out the front door, and I've seen that multiple times. If you value not wasting your life in an unnecessary line caused by inept employees, stay far away.

Everyone at this branch is always very friendly and helpful. If it's busy, there's always at least 3 tellers working to keep the line moving, which seems like it would be expected, but not all banks are as considerate of their customers' time, which is a big deal to me. I go here several times a week and it's always a great experience.

I walked in, there were 2 tellers. One had a customer, the other was talking to another employee. I had to wait at least 2 min for them to finish their conversation before I was helped. When they were done, no one said anything to me, or smiled. The guy just lifted his head and looked at me. Horrible customer service! I work at a bank, and I would never dream of making a customer wait on me to finish my conversation with another employee!

I went to withdraw some cash and exchange some coins. I was confused later on at the laundromat to find they gave me $1 worth of Canadian coins... not sure how that happened but after counting the coins by hand (at other branches they have machines that count coins- not sure why they count by hand at this branch) I didn’t think to filter through every coin they gave me but I tried using them -without checking because I shouldn’t have to worry about that - I was putting them into the machine and it wasn’t working. That’s when I realized they had given me some -NOT ALL- but some Canadian money. Very odd and it’s not enough money for me to make another trip over there to exchange them.

Terrible customer service. As a Visa distributor, your REQUIRED to do cash advances off ANY Visa. They seem to always have an excuse of why they CAN'T, instead of figuring how to help the customer. I would not recommend this exact location to anyone.

Terrible customer service sitting in the bank drive thru line for 15 min only 1 car has moved in all three lines. We have tried to deposit money three times with issue everytime
