    Very nice bank. My father has an auto loan through these folks for his Tesla. He thought it would be a good idea to try them out for financing my vehicle. My credit is not as good as my father's so he was going to co-sign for me. The gentleman who was helping us was nice enough but I don't think he realized he nearly had us sign up for a straw purchase which is illegal. (He wanted my dad to sign up for a loan on his own instead of cosigning for me and me be the main driver of the vehicle which is fraud.) Anyway, lesson learned.

    Wanted to like this old fashioned bank in nut area but: had someone else's paperwork accidentally sent via e-mail to me. They didn't respond when their check was being verified at my point of purchase, causing me to be inconvenienced by having to wait over an hour while we both tried contacting another branch to verify funds. Online banking has made these types of models obsolete. A developer will buy this waste of space one day.

    I had an appointment at 2 in the afternoon I asked an assistant who had the appointment at 2:00 he answered Let me see I was there for an hour and he didn't tell me anything this bank and the best thing to do would be to look for a better one that is😡😡😡😡😡

    Online access to my account was blocked by some Fraud department saying there was a fraud threat or something. Called the help center, they asked me to call some Kelly person to have it unblocked. Tried multiple times to reach out to her but it always lands in her voice mail. No call backs though. I fail to register how just one person is handling such complains. Anyhow after multiple attempts the person at call center said its best you go to a branch. I've been sitting here for the past one hour waiting for one of the two bankers to get free but this is just so time consuming and waste of time.

    My experience has been great at this branch, i don't like much the one on Milwaukee street. I had a personal check from my pastor and the one on Milwaukee street didn't cash for me but this one did. Thank you too all the clerks for being so nice.

    There’s a whole ATM in the indoor lobby but customers without vehicles have to wait in the cold for the outdoor ATM while these workers take their sweet time in a jam packed parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous

    Been a Charter One customer. Now a USBank ( they aquire CO ). So my first experience with new one is very positive. Unlike I had with Charter One. Service was faster and teller was very nice and friendly with smile on her voice.

    just an advice ☻🤘. If you need some information and you are dark skinned or black, do dont go to this bank. Cuz they are soo racist. special the woman has hair cut. she always sit down in front.

    They don't help their customers! All they do is take your money & when you ask for help they can't help you! Moving banks, if I could give them no stars I would.

    This is easily the worst location in Chicago. Multiple times they have said they are closed (one half hour before the banks actually closing) "We put all our money away and now I've been at the window for a half hour and cars completely backed up into traffic. Thanks
