    Slow slow slow. The worst branch I have ever been at. 30 minutes at drive-up window and one 1 car in front of me. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

    Convenient location for this neighborhood. I am very thankful for this branch and delighted that they have finally fixed the parking lot and cleaned up the ATM! Woo hoo!! Kudos to the manager(s) who helped get that done. I have been a US Bank customer for several years and used this branch for more than 15 years. Most of the tellers and managers have been very friendly - possibly overworked though. Per some other complaints here - service is often slow. It is one of the busiest branches I have seen in Columbus. I've noticed that there are less active branches in other areas where there appear to be more than enough tellers - it would be good if this is addressed by U.S. Bank decision makers.

    Very upsetting coming here. Always a long line to the door and always under staffed. Doesn’t matter what time you go. I’m normally waiting half an hour to 45 minutes. Normally 1-2 tellers with one alternating the drive thru. Sometimes 3. But that doesn’t help at all. One time I went to the inside atm and it didn’t have any money and had to stand in line 45 minutes, and I was on a lunch break. Bank tellers are really nice tho

    I had low expectations for this location and they couldn’t even reach them. Rude staff “Jerome”, beyond slow service, and to make matters worse they make excuses about being understaffed. It’s the worst run location in the US. Made me want to cancel all my accounts. I blame leadership starting with Regional Manager

    I had the worst customer service there is over the phone when I get to the ATM. it say I withdraw money out of my account when it don’t come out they give me a number to file a claim. You will be waiting for over the phone for hours just to talk to customers services line. It take 7 to 15 business days just to fix what happen I’m sorry but I don’t think I will be using services from this bank anymore or any us bank. If I could rate this place no stars I would.

    The longest wait ever no matter what time of the day waiting in the drive thru line for more then 30mins I will never go back to this branch again

    Us bank is joke ur in busy business plaza and only had one customer service inside and driver through busy busy long lines every day one of the reason I’m closing my account is this . I don’t wanna drive to another branch ps

    I’ve spent the last hour and a half trying to get answers from this bank and could not get any. I went to make a deposit and was asked to write my SSN and ocupation on a “SCRAP PIECE OF PAPER”. I protested but since it was a bill I was paying I did it. This immediately raised a red flag so I called corporate. They let me know they do ask for ocupation and phone number on a form a customer is to fill out. I spoke with the branch manager and early in the call he said he told his tellers to have customers write down the information so other customers won’t hear it. A few minutes later I said “so to get this straight YOU told your teller that it was okay to ask for SSN and ocupation on a scrap piece of paper” at that time the manager said he needed to end the conversation and would not answer my question. At that point my fiancé took over the call and the manager said he would CHECK THEIR POLICY ON THIS WITH CORPORATE AND CALL BACK. Luckily I was smart enough to ask for the “scrap paper” back with my personal information on it as well as the teller and managers information. I’ve also called my bank and CC companies to alert them of the situation. Absolutely will not work with this company again. Although I will say their corporate agents were absolutely wonderful and very helpful.

    This is the worst branch please avoid caming here. The workers careless about the people in line. Even if one person is ahead of you, it will take to you one hour to get help. They are simply bad in every ways. Do not come here if your time worth anything.
