U.S. Bank ATM - Cherry & Ten Mile - Albertsons W Cherry Ln, Meridian

I have been with this bank for years, since 2008. I did not realize i needed to have a balance of over $1k to not be charged a maint fee. I was charged 2. I am going through a rough month financially and asked if i could have those refunded. (not once in the 9 years ive been with you have I once asked for a credit) I explained i was not aware of the fee and could use those $20. Instead I was called by Michelle from the albertsons ten mile/cherry lane branch who coldly tells me that I was told 8 years ago about the fee and they would not be issuing a refund as a courtesy. I called the center and cancelled my account. Horrible way to treat a long term, low maintenance client. I hope something can be done to rectify or at least to make current and future clients experience a little better....

Most people pretty friendly but unless you want them to personally call you and ask you personal questions about how you spent the money that you put in and and take out I would not go with them. Have been with them for 8 years and moving on.

Worst customer service and the assistant manager is worthless.. so many issues where do I begin. Save your time and money and go to a local credit union!!!

Staff is always friendly and efficient. Convenient to bank when you are grocery shopping.
