U.S. Bank ATM - Belt & Pickett S Belt Hwy, St Joseph

Out of all the USBanks, this one may be the best of the best. Having recently moved to Columbia, I found the banks I've dealt with there could not assist me with an issue I was having. Nor could I resolve it with multiple, frustrating phone calls - I was ready to dump USBank. As I was in St. Joe, and this was the bank I originally set up my account with, I stopped in. Shelly met with me promptly, I explained the situation - and she understood it! I knew she could resolve it, and she did so without making me feel stupid or like I was a problem. She handled the situation like situations used to be handled - you resolve them! Shelly saved my personal and business accounts from moving away, she is the best, and her entire staff always has performed well for me and my family. I thank them!
