I did my first purchase from TPG today for the first time. Noticed the great selection and awesome pricing on Glocks. They took their time to show me their selection, features and helped me make a very informed purchase. Once that I will not have second thoughts about it. I will definitely recommend TPG and will be send more people their way.

These guys were amazing to me, cant see them being so rude as people post here... They are intelligent and do not like the usual liars n b.s. that comes with people who pawn stuff, that is what I personally witnessed. They saved me and gave me an amazing deal when I was short for my bills. I love these guys.

If it was possible to give no star rating I would. Rude liars is what you will be dealing with in this shop exactly what would you not expect coming from a high end pawn shop. I was given 30 days on a trade my guns for a gutair that all I can use it for is a wall decoration. I was told the gutair was good to go but little did I know about the money I would have to put into the guitar just the be able to play music on it. I asked politely for my refund by trade and they crossed their arms huff and puff raise their voice until they intimidate you out of the shop. I will be returning with a lawyer or an off duty enforcement officer to inform them of crime of scamming. Best of luck to those that enter

The Worst pawnshop in the area hands down, I went in, to get a simple watch battery replacement, and the guy behind the counter, tried to treat me like I was a 2yr old child, this place is absolutely pathetic, one of the Worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, also there best inventory is there wall of VHS tapes & DVD’s, but if you’re looking for the Batman Forever laser disc platinum edition, this is your store, I never write reviews, but I had to take the time out and warn people of how Horrific this place is. 0 star rating

Came into pawn shop, curious to see what they might have. First things first, no “welcome, how can I help you?” As I continue to look around, gentlemen walks in trying to sell 3 or 4 boxes of ammo and a pistol holster, he asked $40 for all merchandise, which I thought was fair. I overhear the salesman say “nah, I think I’ll have to pass.” The gentleman was stating he was in dire need of the cash to pay his rent, they declined his offer, and he started to walk out of the store. He turns around & says “$10 for all.” Clearly he needed the money. The salesmen pull $10 out of his own personal wallet & says “deal.” The gentlemen walks out & all of the staff including the salemens who took the offer started laughing. He then states “Not too bad, considering I can sell the one box of ammo for $60.” I then turned around, looked at them, shook my head, said “Alright guys” & walked out. These people are extremely shady & obviously enjoyed getting over on desperate people. Scam artists, 0 star rating. Never do business with these cons.

They gave me an amazing deal, great neighbors and friends of Mt Dora!

These Guys are Great and they know what they're talking about. Great Service and Their Integrity Keeps us going back again and again. We have done and will continue to do a great deal of business with these guys in the future.

Low balled on a new bike... acted like I was less of a person than himself. Treated me like I was trying to steal from his store very rude inconsiderate individuals in this shop. DON'T RECOMMEND YOU DO BUSINESS HERE.

This place not only insulted me as they refused a loan on tools, but THEY THREATENED ME AS I WAS LEAVING BECAUSE I ASKED, “What happened to pawn shops these anymore?” DONT GO HERE THE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!
