I've been a member with TVFCU for about 5 years now and they have been my favorite bank to be apart of. However, When I spoke on the phone with Tory, who repeatedly put me on hold to ask her supervisor for the answer (because I assume she's a new hire) and then deliberately hanging up on me after the 2nd hold because they refused to answer a simple question about sending payments to the principle. So unprofessional. I don't necessarily blame Tory because I can almost tell she just got hired but her supervisor is a scrub and should be washing dishes instead

I have never seen any business work so hard to offend it's customers. They always make the simplest transaction difficult. My days at TVFCU are numbered. I am one more issue away from finding another bank!!!!!
