A great low cost option to bank which likely offers everything you need. They are a little small so sometimes the wait may be a little longer than at other places, but they also have online banking to help cut down on the number of trips you have to make to the branch.

I have been with this bank for over 14 years and I love it especially the one's that work at the Athens,Tn branch they are the same from day 1..

We had called and they said they would come out to diagnose the problem with my plumbing. They did that then scheduled me for another day . Cut holes in my bathroom wall..said they would have to come back another day. They showed up at my house at midnight, stayed till almost 2:45 am. Then came back for me to sign papers for permission to cut into my bathroom floor,which I had already agreed to anyway. They estimated it to be $1,100.00. I had to pay half($550.00) up front. Said they would come back early two days later but no show…I called them and a lady told me it would be a handyman coming but we had to make another appointment. I had to take a day off from work. And now I have to make another appointment. I don’t think so . I would not recommend this company to anybody.

I wish I could give them less than a one... Had an issue with a check someone had given me that bounced.... They proceeded to LOCK my account... Refuse my direct deposit, I spoke to 3 people on the phone.... All were very rude and condescending.. Becky Drew is awful!!!! After requesting to speak to her manager she hung up on me.... Beware people... Go to any other bank!!!! Edit: I have banked with them for years with no issue... Never been in the negative..

Had plenty of money in my bank to pay my electric bill. They blocked my card without asking & I was charged a 30 return fee by the electric company but they won't refund it. Thank you TVFCU for wasting my money.

LOVE THE BANK!!!!BUT THEIR ATM MACHINES SUCK!!!!
