No customer service and will not do anything you ask that other branches will Update they must have had a change of heart and made it right. I still don't know why they were so rude but after my review they made it right! Thank you

Worst experience EVER ... you guys should be more user friendly, a mission to get something done. And scheduling is 3 weeks out mon-fri. Horrible experience you guys lost a loan I got from quebedeaux GMC for $61,000, TFCU had offered me the lowest interest rate but I refused and wen't with ally financial... didn't care there rate was 1% higher than what TFCU was offering... Pride! Three reasons 1. Non-Usage Fees????? 2. Closing accounts is a mission and a half... not good experience. 3. D all of the above made me refuse a lower interest rate I had been offered by dealership to finance with TFCU. Years ago I was going through financial stress and TFCU helped me get a title loan and made me open a Savings account (I didn't want) never used by the way. Opened a credit card. Paid everything off the loan completely and was getting better creditcards offers with rewards, something TFCU wasn't. Two years later Started receiving notices I've been missing for 3 months... no call at all, just by email in regards to statements. Found it odd when I had a zero balance. TFCU was charging me non usage fees. It gets worse, To close the account was the world's hardest made! I called set up and appointment cuz of covid yall have restrictions.... blah blah I followed them scheduling 3 weeks from then... but it was the end of the month so they were going to charge me again non-Usage fees. FML... rep. Stated I needed to do it over online that she couldn't help... I DOC-sign everything and submitted... this bank forgot to close my savings and then my savings account (I never used) was charging me fees for not having multiple accounts with them. Was over it...you guys are not helpful. TOOK ME 3 MONTHS. SEPTEMBER AND ALREADY IN DECEMBER REQUESTING THIS.

Every other bank in the area is open this bank still refuses to open. outside the lines were 30 to 40 minute long waits as they only had 2 teller systems. They finally added a 3rd nearly a year later. Machine is down? Dont have time to sit in line or otherwise unable to go? Well the useless call in service will have you sit just as long. That is if you go through its clunky call system. Which refuses to let you make a payment unless you speak through a operator. I would make online payments but that's not allowed for auto loans even if you have a account with the bank. After all that they still have the audacity to still charge you 20 dollar service fee....i hate this bank

Horrible customer service. Signed in with one person ahead of me. 6 people later I'm still waiting. Almost an hour then the manager comes out with a bogus excuse for their horrible customer service with a maybe someone will be coming back within the next ten minutes. Waited ten more minutes...still nothing. I got up and left & took my business across the street to BofA.

Piss poor business ethic. I went to a credit union in Phoenix that TFCU participates in shared branching with to make a withdrawal. The teller tells me she’s getting an error. I check my account and see all my money is there and an inquisitive as to what the error is. I call Tucson Federal and advise of the problem. The woman at TFCU advises that they no longer participate in shared branching. I said “interesting... I never received a call or an email advising of this change.” She says “sorry.” I said ok... so because you guys chose not to communicate a change in your institution that could affect your customers and their finances, I now can’t access my own money and won’t be able to resume my education Monday when classes start.” Again, “Sorry.” I will be withdrawing every every dime I have in my TFCU account as soon as I’m back in Tucson and closing my account. TFCU, participate in some business ethics training and have some regard for your customers that have been with you for years.

I’m financing my car thu this credit union, and recently I received a letter from them related to my car insurance being lapsed, which by the way it wasn’t, the provlem was that I did not have the proper coverage, I went down to the their office and they said there is nothing they can do, and now they are adding $1200 to my loan because they are “buying insurance for a period that it’s in the past” I called my insurance and they said that not even them are able to sell me the additiona coverage for the past few months. I’m so done with this company and I WILL NEVER FINANCE ANOTHER CAR TRHU THIS CREDIT UNION AGAIN!
