I opened an account on 4/27/22 as part of the $500 promotion at the Edmond Covell location. Trevor opened my account. He informed me that I would be receiving by $500 bonus 30 days after my 2nd direct deposit hit. I had recently lost my job and informed Trevor that my direct deposit would be in the form of unemployment. He failed to mention to me ( or he was not aware) unemployment would not be accepted since it's not continuous and could end at anytime. Also, he failed to mention that unemployment is not direct deposit. ( not sure how since it's being deposited) Once I left the branch, he put me under the impression, that I would receive my $500. 32 days later and still nothing. I called member services and explained the situation to Kaylee. She in turn, spoke to Stephanie the Edmond branch manager. Kaylee told me that if I set up my direct deposit from my current job with my deposits hitting on 6/27 and 7/11 they would honor the promotion, only to find out after speaking to Stephanie, that I only have 60 days from 4/27 to obtain my bonus. Nobody is on the on the same page and it's very frustrating since I have already committed that $500 to something. So here I am, out of my bonus(at this time) because 1. Trevor failed to tell me that unemployment doesn't count (even though I did everything he asked) 2. Kaylee and Branch Manager Stephanie are telling me 2 different things within an hour on 6/13/22. I look at the google reviews and certainly understand the 2.6 rating. I understand that people make mistakes, but when 3 people are telling me 3 different things, it gets frustrating. I will update this one star rating when I am contacted and things are made right.

I tried to open a savings/checking account. This bank did not bring it to my attention that they check your credit report which is a hard inquiry. It’s a good thing that I have my credit locked/frozen. Therefore it would have affected my credit score.

I wish to make extra principal payments every month and they repeatedly take interest out of my EXTRA payment. "it's our policy". To get the interest put back is like pulling teeth. Sometimes I can get it done by sending a online message, right now the messaging is not functioning. About right.

I got a loan for an RV and the customer service has been horrible. John at ext. 2382 is one of the worst people I have ever had to deal with when trying to pay a loan. Never in my life have I had a bank person try to talk over me or talk down to me. My wife also had the same experience with him. Between him and the amount of extra steps and hoops I have to jump through to pay my loan and prove insurance, im completely over dealing with this bank. I will be moving my loan to a different bank immediately.

I’ve come to TTCU QUAIL SPRINGS BRANCH a total of 5 times, today I walked out kindly before handling my business. Every time I’ve come here to make a shared deposit they have an issue. Usually have to run the transaction twice and it’s rarely quick. Sometimes you see a reversal on your account. Today there were close to 10 people in that lobby. I was the only customer. Walked up to the teller who wasn’t in a group of people and he was unable to do “shared deposits” so I guess they wanted me to wait while he called and trouble shot his issue. They manager was very kind to me once, but today ignored the situation. Just seems crazy that a brand new empty bank can’t do simple things. And it’s crazy none of them could help or were been prepared to do banking. UPDATE 8/13/21 - Had a fairly quick and easy shared branch transaction. It’s a first, and a bit of a redemption. UPDATE 8/30/21 - I’ve been in two or three times recently and had a great experience. I feel bad for not knowing the tellers name a female, she has been so kind and helpful and remembers my name! I would say TTCU has redeemed themselves and is in good standing with me for now!

Worst car loan I've ever had. I won't be going through them ever again. I definitely would not recommend especially for service members. I will be sticking with Navy Federal Credit Union in the future. Lesson learned.

I deposited a check into my account I was told it will take 5 days to clear because of the amount but its a week later still not cleared. People have bills to pay and to wait a week to clear is not right.

Never able to have good customer service. It’s so hard to get them to answer the phone to make a loan payment. I’m trying to make sure our car payment isn’t late by calling from the time they open and still have not received a call back. Have tried calling again but they still will not answer or call me back. 1:59 pm. Every time it will say our wait time is 3 minutes or 7 minutes but after hours of waiting still haven’t received any call.
