The actual procedure was fine so I'm rating average. However, East River performed an MRI with contrast. My doctor's office handled getting the authorization, so I didn't question East River Imaging -- I assumed they would not be performing the procedure if it wasn't authorized--I'd been told as much when I called to schedule it. Later that day I retrieved my mail, and in it was the CIgna authorization copy which authorized the MRI without contrast. I subsequently went to my Dr for follow up and was shown the actual prescription which said "with or without contrast". If "with contrast" was not authorized, East River should not have performed it. Therefore, I expect that my insurance will be billed only for the MRI without contrast, and that I will not be held liable for the cost of the procedure which should not have been done.

Difficulty getting new debit card before it expires. Verifies mailing address twice. Had to go by physical location but due to their hours, had to take time off work to do so. Veryinconvenient and would be helpful to receive new card before it expires!

This is the 6th time I have attempted to get a debit card attached to my checking account. THIS LOCATION ALWAYS MAKES ERRORS.They either neglect to actually activate the card or attach it to THE WRONG CHECKING ACCOUNT CAUSING OVERDRAFT FEES!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THIS SIMPLE TASK CORRECTLY AND I AM SO SICK OF IT!!! Yesterday I got another debit card. For some reason the UNTRAINED OR INCORRECTLY TRAINED agents at the greeting desk think they can do this task... NO!!!! So I take my "new" card to Wal-Mart and attempt to pay for a purchase. The card was DECLINED. THIS FOR A $37.00 PURCHASE WHEN THE ACCOUNT HAS OVER $1000.00 IN IT. THEY DID NOT DO THIS JOB CORRECTLY AGAIN!!! THEY NEED TO EITHER FIRE THE GREETING AGENTS OR SEND THEM BACK TO TRAINING. Edit: called ttcu the next day and it is "supposedly" fixed. I again became angry because the agent I was talking with MUTED MY CALL so I heard NOTHING for 5 minutes: very RUDE. It made me wonder if she hung up on me. I will test to see if my debit card is fixed at QT's ATM with a balance inquiry. I have two membership numbers: two accounts with each having checking accounts attached. Even though the greeting desk agents asked which membership account needed the replacement card and they supposedly found it with the last transaction THEY STILL ATTACHED THE NEW CARD TO THE WRONG MEMBERSHIP NUMBER AND TO THEREFORE THE WRONG CHECKING ACCOUNT. HOW STUPID CAN THEY GET???!!!??? The bad thing is: this was a repeat performance SIX TIMES!!!!! THE GREETING AGENTS to this bank are Idiots.

This bank will not give out more than $5,000 cash from your own account without 48 hour notice? To me this is bad business because cash is cash and there should not be any holds. If this is not resolved I would highly recommend to stay away from this credit union.

I literally dread having to call them. Every time I call it is a minimum of a 10 min wait to get someone on the phone, usually much longer. I don't get it. I won't get loan here again.

We've been using TTCU since we moved to Tulsa 10 years. Their service and staff are wonderful, both inside and out. And recently, they upgraded their drive-thru lanes so there's an ATM in every lane. Very convenient!

There are plenty of lanes, so there is never a line to wait on and the staff is extremely helpful, curtious, knowledgeable, nice, efficient and fast.

I've been a Tulsa teacher and member of TTCU for 26 years. I have an excellent credit score. I apply for a 20k car loan and am told by an underwriter that in order to qualify I must pay off a $1,700 ATV loan with a different creditor. I've never been late on any payment in my life. TTCU is of no value to me as a teacher. My accounts will be transferred soon.
