Trustco Bank Saratoga Rd, Glenville

Called with what should have been a very simple request, but was told my request could not be fulfilled via the branch level so to contact a phone number for a different department. I called that phone number who said I called the wrong number so gave me the right number for the department the person at the branch told me to call. I called THAT number and they told me my request can only be fulfilled via a branch. I was put into a loop for what is typically a simple request at any other bank until finally being directed to another branch with more competent staff that was able to easily fulfill my request.

I always like the employees here, the tellers are nice and efficient and the managers are always the same. Unfortunately ever since they updated their systems months ago, everything takes the tellers twice as long to do, probably not by their own fault. Otherwise no problems with this bank.

Literally the worst bank I’ve ever had an account with. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Unless you don’t care about transactions being up to date and overdraft fees, this bank is not it

They really need to update their systems and get with the times. It takes far longer for them to process transactions than any other bank I've experienced. If it wasn't such a nuisance to switch banks, I'd move on.

Wish I could give it 0 stars... this is the worst bank I've ever dealt with - customer service, antiquated systems and processes, so many mistakes made (mostly by tellers because the systems and processes are so antiquated that human error is frequent)... just the worst. I finally switched about 6 months ago and it has been smooth sailing ever since!

Great local bank. Very helpful employees. Drive through and ATM.

I love this place. My grandpa usually goes here many times to take out money from the bank.

Excellent service from staff and Great Hours

My wife and I have been banking with Trustco specifically the East Glenville Branch since 1984. Managers and tellers have always been polite and accommodating. We would not bank anywhere else.
