Trustco Bank US, Juno Beach

We had the best experience in opening several accounts at this branch. Albert, the Branch Manager, made everything so easy for us and he has continued to help us with any issues. We enthusiastically recommend this bank and this branch manager.

My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the service from Trustco Bank and its Branch Manager Albert Estopinal. New to Florida we purchased a home 26 miles from the Juno Beach branch Office. Initially we were securing our loan with our Bank " a mega sized bank" we have done business for over two decades. However the bank said our loan was too small and charge us a higher rate in 2019. So we turned to our Home Town Bank a bank my Dad did business with in the 1940's. Schenectady Trust. I found a branch in Juno beach Manager Albert Estopinal professionally walked us through the process. Very knowledgeable ,patient, and courteous. To expedite the process Albert traveled 26 miles to finalize our loan. Great place to do business!

THiS BANK IS WORSE THEN ANY INSURANCE COMPANY! BRANCH MANAGER IS CLUELESS!! Took over 3 hours and a tremendous amount of threatening and arguing to have this bank close and refund IRAs. Branch manager acted as if it was his money. It was an extremely stressful event to get my money back from them. Invest and do your banking with any other bank. This small time bank should be out of business if they are fighting to hold on to your money instead of just saying thank you for your business and returning your money. Horrible experience. Never will I do business with TrustCo again.
