I just closed on my refinance loan through TruRate Mortgage. The entire process took about two months from my first inquiry. Matthew Balkonis was my loan agent and helped guide me through all requirements. After our first phone call, he sent me a detailed, easy-to-read table of financing options followed by a Loan Estimate. The final numbers varied only slightly from the initial ones - absolutely no surprises on his end. Mathew was consistent with his communication with me - via text, phone, and email. I never felt lost in the application process. And TruRate's secure portal was easy to work within as I uploaded documents or downloaded their documents for my completion. The graphics clearly showed me where I was in the process and what documents TruRate was awaiting. This was an excellent experience. I am truly appreciative of Matthew's professionalism and knowledge, and I unequivocally recommend his services.
