    Normally have had decent experiences here. But today I stopped to deposit some cash at the ATM. Deposited my cash, got my receipt, checked my app… cash was in there, and we’re good to go. Went to use my card later and it was declined. Checked my online banking app, and the cash I had deposited was nowhere to be seen. After spending an hour on the phone with customer service, sending them a copy of my receipt, and telling them that I didn’t go inside the branch and cancel my cash deposit (what?)… I’m now being told that they have to send some form up the chain, and it could take 3-5 business days to figure out where my cash deposit went. Edit: After checking some of the other reviews, it seems like this problem has occurred at this location before. It’s 2021 folks, you shouldn’t be losing cash money in a process that has existed for 55 years.Have been very happy with Truliant, but today’s experience has been unacceptable. It’s nonsense like this that lead to me leaving Bank of America.

    Customer service has been horrible over the past couple of years. I don't know what has happened with Truliant, but I used to highly recommend my bank to everyone. The High Point bank on HWY 68 is like a revolving door, and changes personnel, what seems like, monthly. I have been siting on this phone on hold for 9 minutes. Truliant has become a big bank with all of the bad parts of big banks. Today, a new day, I have been waiting on the phone for 20 minutes. The reason for my call is I have 2 scheduled transfers from my checking to my savings and it is making 4 transfers. I cannot correct on my on line banking, so here I sit waiting for someone to correct. Now I am being told that they could not verify me. I have been with this bank for almost 25 years. I have started the process of moving my account to Triad Business bank in Greensboro NC. I have a personal account manager that I can reach by phone, text or email. I used to HIGHLY recommend this bank to anyone that was interested, but now, I would never recommend this bank.

    Although everyone seems very nice, I have never banked where the drive through service is slower. 20 minutes is too long when there is only 1 person in front of you. Either get more staff to work it especially on Fridays or provide better training

    Just needed to make a deposit. Took forever. They hide behind "covid" as a way to give terrible customer service and get away with it. Time to move to a different Credit Union. Update: 2 weeks later the same story. Just watched another person leave the line because they are so slow. I must hate myself since I continuing to bank here

    Deposit a large amount of money, and the atm took my card and my money, didn’t get a receipt or nothing back and can’t get in contact with nobody after 5pm to help you. Haven’t received my money in my bank or anything back, atm took my stuff and shut off or glitched out.

    My wife went there last Friday to apply for auto loan, applied and banker/auto loan representative told her since it is after 4PM so application results will be finalize tomorrow. She has perfect credit and even she did not have, he was suppose to give her call next day. We called and called and emailed, NO REPLY. I guess all the employee relatives maybe posting positive feedback but this place has customer service worse than any business and worst than banks.

    ATM took my money and card with no receipt and didn’t deposit it to my account had to go in and explain while I left my husband in the car holding up the line what was going on, was only able to retrieve a small amount of my money back that I had just put in for deposit. I asked them to look at the camera’s to see I had put in a large amount but they claimed they could not and that I would have to wait 5 days for the ATM to be rebalanced to see if I could get my money back! SMH this is not the first bad experience I’ve had with them. After I pay off my loans I will be closing this account. I don’t recommend this bank at all unless you like having your money taken by their atm and non helpful staff.

    Truliant, as a credit union is great....however, recently every time I use the drive thru services, there's a huge line of cars and only one teller working. The one person working does not have a sense of urgency either, nor apologizes for the wait once you're being serviced. Truliant needs to work on staffing the appropriate number of employees to keep members happy. Last time I remembered...there are other credit unions and banks we can choose to deposit our money in! Get it together.

    Past year, i have seen TFCU quality reduced from previous years. in the last year, 9 out of 10 calls resulted in voice mail directing me to leave my name and number for a call back. Out of those 9 calls, only 3 resulted in a call back. Order debt card for wife and I, we had to submit the same order seven times before we received the correct cards for the correct account. Order debt card for daughter, received ATM card instead. Call customer care on three different situations, customer care was not able to correct the situations. Was forced to travel to the local branch to get branch manager to correct the issues.

    People have one bad experience and then write their review, not counting any good experiences. This is a nice branch and though I only go here to deposit, I am out in minutes with no hassle and rarely a line. Everyone is nice here and greets you when you come in the door. Don't let the summary keep you from coming here, make your own experience.
