She understood my concern and truly engaged me as a valued client. I changed my initial position of leaving the bank, to one of allowing Autumn to perform once advised an issue existed. She, with professionalism and results explained Truliant's offering regarding my inquiries. I asked, and she delivered on the tasks we discussed implementing while on the phone with each other. This is proof positive that when you raise a concern before posting a negative review, provide the individual and/or organization a reasonable amount of information and time to respond. I'm glad I did, and Autumn is a bright person who understands the current Truliant portfolio of services. 1/14/20 (3) Stars 2:40 pm ET Did not let account holder use restroom without appointment. Came back today to talk about international transfers, and watched in side staff not come to the door.
