    This is the worst bank I have ever been affiliated with. I am in the process of removing all my money and completely closing all my accounts. When they were Suntrust they were a fantastic bank. Since the merger, the web site has not worked, the mobile app is unresponsive and most times will not work, and upon going into the bank to handle business face to face the bank officers have told us that they did not have time to help us and referred us to call in on our phone to get assistance. I have had my account locked multiple times because, according to the email, my account was locked due to multiple unsuccessful log in attempts. I have tried to unlock my account and reset my password but Truist never sends me the email or text message to do that, even though they say that they have sent it to me. All of a sudden, they charged me a paper statement fee randomly when I have never received a paper statement. They are the worst bank! I will never use them again.

    Went to Truist on Gunbarrel Rd. needed to speak with someone regarding my account. I walked in and joined another couple who had been waiting for sometime for someone to help them. I sat there for 30 minutes as three different bankers passed throughout this time back and forth and not one of the employees acknowledged not only me, but the couple who had been waiting before I got there. Now 40 minutes into this another gentleman joins us at the seating area needed to speak to someone also. Here comes another employee past us and none of us had even been acknowledged by any employee whatsoever! Unbelievable Truist! Really? I walked out after 45 minutes.

    Heather Elliot works over time to pull video transactions. However the bank always balances. If we cannot view the cameras who works for who? If one wants to view footage one has to subpoena the bank via the branch office.

    I’m SO big on reviews but this was well deserved. Kimberly Mitchell was the BEST. So nice, sweet, kind and very informative. Helped me choose the right account for me. If you go to the BB&T on gunbarrel, make sure you see Kimberly. She represents and presents BB&T very well!

    i read the other short reviews, I've had nothing but great success with these folks. customer service is great. i generally use the mobile banking but the few times I've been in the bank they are always polite and helpful

    Worst Bank i ever Banked With. THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE KEEPING REVENUE BY CHARGING NSF.. NSF FEES ARE ASSESSED BECAUSE THEY PUT YOUR DEPOSITS IN PENDING STATUS ON PAYDAY! I BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA WHO DOESNT PUT YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT ON HOLD ON PAYDAY!! I wish i could give them a negative star!!!

    Susan is the type of person that makes you not one of do your banking business with this branch And I know this branch gets different staff on Saturdays because the other branches are closed she shouldn't come back

    Company policy is to push transactions in front of deposits in order to charge as many $36 fees as possible. Greed is more important than clients.

    This place is slow. They take forever. All they do is play on there phones or on Facebook. Do not bank here. They will treat you like you don't matter.
