I'm banking with Suntrust (now Truist) for years now and this is the closest branch for me. The staff was always helpful & friendly (especially Ute) and there is nothing I can complain about. Thank you!

This was the most unhelpful bank manager I have ever seen. We got our whole family to bank, one had to fly down, to get my 91 year old father's business in order. We thought we did. Due to a screw up on their part it was not completed as we asked. So now my brother has to fly back down paying his own way of course so we can hall my poor old father back to the bank. I made repeated calls to manager to get info. Never once did she call me back. I have heard rumors they are going to close up more branches and I can see why. I tried another branch at Coconut point thinking maybe i could get a straight answer, but nooo. She was sharp in tone and explaining to me very loudly why she wasn't trying to be rude.My father was starting to get upset. So left just left. They must teach rudeness at Sun trust.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! There is a reason the reviews are awful. Worst customer service of any bank in my life. Ute bubeck refused to even review a document to be notarized. There is no one at this branch that’s wants to help you every single visit has been terrible. Another time I offered numerous forms of identification they still made me come inside and provide my username and pin before they would allow me to make a standard withdraw. Even though I was withdrawing under the amount of drive through Linda forced me to come inside the branch and continued to ask me for more and more identification. She is clearly not comfortable being a teller and needed assistance in making a withdrawal that I have made seamlessly at every other branch drive through.

Got to branch drive thru and teller renee said be right with you. 10 mins later i decided to go inside branch just to find 2 customers one in each window chatting about life all 4 of them the 2 teller and 2 clients. One client leaves after i waiter another 7 mins inside and then renee goes to pick tube and ask me if i was outside earlier? I responded yeah for 10 min and came inside thinking you guys were swamp in here. Could not find account with my id had to give her debir card and still she was having difficulties. Suntrust in that location would be better with the drive thru closed and save some payroll. Got to look into chase bank since suntrust branches now are starting to have these weird hours of operations

If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service EVER in the drive through.Maybe you are losing customers because of who you have representing you. And according to her she has worked there for years! hmmmm. good customer service is about maximizing your ability to make the bad things that happen to your customers go away really quickly.. not creating a bad experience. (older 50+ lady with grayish curly hair and glasses)

Tue Feb 16th didn’t open at 9am without any information. Few people waited outside and no other cars were around. Bad customer service and overall bad experience I will be changing the bank soon

Horrible ! Rude nasty teller , that makes making a deposit 10 times harder then it has to be. (How about keep your mouth shut and do your job.)
