I always loved to go there because I thought that the relationship is the most important in this bank. Hovewer when it came to problem, I really found out that is not relationship what they care about, but only make up to greet you with smile. Its not about solving my problem, but the way how they handled the problem- honestly didnt handle at all. I was promised to get a call from them within 2 days, nothing. When i was calling i could not get to them and when they finally answered they told me to give them few more days. I called 2 more times following weeks and noting- asking for more time and excuses. Now it has been more than 2 months and I have never gotten an answer. Neither the negative. I will not come back anymore and I am definitely closing all my personal and business accounts.

My rating is based on this PARTICULAR BRANCH LOCATION, not the the brand itself because they still have some making up to do but the service here is superb and the employees are professional, courteous and understanding as they should be.

Want a terrible banking experience, come to this location. it’s dirty & horrible customer service. Don’t even look at the atm machine outside.

Terrible, I arrived 5 minutes before 5 o'clock and they closed the door in my face, while I was in front of the door and even though it was not 5 o'clock, they did not want to open it. What a lack of respect
