Truist St Lucie W Blvd, Port St. Lucie

I have a car loan through Truist; my son totaled the car prior to the first payment even being due. Progressive has been repeatedly trying to contact the Total Loss Department and gets met with voicemail and no call back. I tried today, and the computer hung up on me. My second call I was met with the same voicemail. They had better not try to screw with my credit or make me pay when they won't even return an insurance company call who wants to give them money! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Laurie Butler from this Truist location is outstanding! She went above and beyond helping me with a quite complicated matter. Her follow up and help was impeccable any truly appreciated!! Thank you!!

This branch (BB&T side) leaves much to be desired in the area of customer service. The branch is confusing, and the customer service is subpar at best! The last time I came in, I walked out. Do yourself a favor and visit the PSL branch on US 1 they have a higher standard for customer service. I opened my business account online, and never received the debit card that was ordered 3 weeks prior. I needed temporary checks and they had the audacity to charge me for 4 temporary checks. As a courtesy, they could have given me the temporary checks since my account was opened online and I haven’t received my debit card. I’m not sure why I gave this branch a second chance after the first experience, bc although it’s closer to my house I will not use the chaotic unfriendly branch.

I’d rather have a rock hold my money then this branch. Truist banking is not it.

Too bad there’s not a minus star because this branch deserves one. WORST customer service ever. Only reason I have to deal with them is because I’m caretaker for my 89 y.o cousin who is retired from there! And they want to charge her $29.95 for checks, because they stopped doing free checking years ago! Today was the clincher for me, and as soon as I can I’m moving the account to a bank that cares. More issues, then Branch manager wants to tell me there are no negative reviews on here. This branch knows little about customer service! And the errors have cost me money, then manager wants to argie about that too!

They are targeting Elderly . They received 2 car payments from my mother and they said they could not return 1 off them back. The manager and Employed Release all my Mother Financial information with out prior consent from my mother. I will be filling a complaint with the state of Florida. She informed me the this is a recorded line .I informed her the state attorney will using it to prosecute her for releasing my Mother information and Depriving my mother of her money

The Worst customer service in the banking world by far. Counter persons were unable to clear up simple mistakes on their end, ie. (Sent new checks to wrong address) TWICE. then made an unnecessary amount of problems, spitefully, when I had to close the account and move elsewhere because I was still waiting over month for checks! I will NEVER BE BACK

Terrible bank. Do not trust them with your money.
