The Best, most friendly group of bank employees I have ever encountered. Very nice and eager to help in any way possible. Great bank! I've been with BB&T for over 30 years and would not have any other bank. BB&T has always been great to me.

I'm not a one star giver but this place sucks. Every time I go here to make a withdraw or deposit they take forever and walk around inside talking to each other. They act like they have never worked their before. Then they always come back to ask for my ID.....take my ID then make me wait another 5 minutes. I try to avoid going to this BB&T at all cost. never had such a bad experience at a BB&T drive through than this one.

My wife and I bank at BB&T Hillsborough, have our finances via their professional services, and have always enjoyed the friendly staff and consultants we work with. They are both truly professional, and very friendly and helpful, and we've grown to think of them as friends in the community. I cannot image that any person would find our local BB&T bankers to be unprofessional in any way, as BB&T is the premier bank of North Carolina, and wants to remain so.

Staff is friendly I’m a little leery of using the drive-through at night it seems to be kind of set off and not very well lit so I only go during the day. Hillsborough is not as safe place as it used to be.

Only notarizes for those with accounts. I would have been more than happy to pay for services rendered. Glad I don't bank with them anymore.

Great customer service and the ATM has check deposit, which is nice for after hours.
