    I love most of the staff here but one lady in particular was extremely rude and short with me today. No customer service skills. This is coming from (me) a 21 year old who has to deal with customers all day and I’m just disappointed and angry now. She said she couldn’t help me with a money order transaction that I’ve done with this same location MONTHLY for 6 months. Tragic

    Been with Suntrust and now Truist, since they were Crestar but Im DONE! My Accounts are hard to get into electronically as continuing online access is unavailable. Customer service is worse since merger. Even the online chat is a 30 minute wait! First thing they sent me after the merger was a thick pamphlet with the new fee structure. Switched over all my financial activity and accounts to my credit union.

    They just move to slow,drive thru and the lobby,but costumer service is good,it was more convenient and more efficient at the greenbrier location until it was shut down and I HATE Trueist bring back BBT

    Their customer service is the worst! They don’t communicate. They just wasted my time. I called first to ask before I went to the bank the lady that I spoke to she can take care of my concern then I arrived it was not busy but I waited 20 minutes just to be seen then the bank manager attend to me. I already told her what’s going on and still she did not get it. Even told her before we started that I already talked to her associate. I already presented my drivers license. After the long verifications and explanations she still did not fix my concern. She doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing. Very poor customer service. Don’t waste your time visiting this branch.

    This has to be one of the worst banks ever, anytime I have to go here (work only) I wouldn't bank here. Doesn't matter when you are here, you wait atleast 30 minutes to get anything done.

    I have been banking with thus bank for over 25 years and oh my the wait at this branch is insane! I do not know what has happened but man you guys need to get some extra people in there bad!!

    I was feeling some frustration about the time it took to get through the drive-through and mention this. I was very pleased that someone came back on the monitor and spoke to me and explained the situation today and recent events, just to let me know that they did appreciate my business and honestly that meant everything.

    The bankers here are liars. Myself and my husband were lied to about a $200 promo back in August only to find out. The banker Devon who set up our account told us the wrong info. To good to be true anyways. What bank gives away $200 really ?

    I just walk away from them they don't want to change my check the lady ask me for two IDs I only have one with me and she ask for ATM card afortunaly I have one and she even change my check she want my passport because I'm not Citizen o Resindent Permanent.....Sad first time they do that to my checks
