Just got back from this branch. Waited over an hour just to talk to someone to open a checking account since their online service isn't working for whatever reason. The manager kept coming out telling me it would be only a few more minutes with whoever was in her office, I'm not sure what takes 1.5 - 2 hours to complete. Ended up walking out since it was getting close to closing time and of course they don't open on Saturdays when people are able to visit, that would make too much sense. Poor customer service.

All of the staff is just great, theirs a new young man who's just learning, but he looks like he's going to fit in perfectly. Glad to see that one of the clerks is no longer there. She was a thief ( Ms. C. ) and I did point that out... blessings goes out to Ms Blessing whom I've noticed is no longer at this location ( moved to another location) she will be missed, Amy does a great job also.

This bbt is the worst one I been too! I been waiting for about 20 min to deposite my check on a Friday even and there is three people working. Only one for helping everyone that was in line. I asked the other teller name Amy V Brown if she can help us and she said no. This is not the 1st Time I come in and their staff member don't wanted to help. What type of customer services is this? I try to come here because is closer to my job and convenience but at the end is not!

Disrespectful, do not listen to the customer not helpful at all. When you go in there watch out for these two employees Janet and Fatima the are not helpful and don't listen.

Bank doesn't even open on Saturdays to serve it's customers. Not good Find another banking institution to do business .

The gentleman that I had was so funny and absolutely professional. He handled my situation well even though my job was being very rude

Wrong advertisement on the Web they advertise Saturday's open til 12 but I wentered their IT WAS CLOSED.

Any v brown & naz service was wonderful!
