Truist Rowan St, Fayetteville

It a black lady brown skin complexion works in the office towards the back. I thought it was me at 1st I get a bad vibe from her, everytime time I visit this location. Worst bank ever

I been with BB&T asince 1988 and I have made loans their I got master card and I have a constant credit account. I have had good service every since. I still bank with them now they have changed to Truist I still get great service. Thank you for your service. Wayne millis

Unprofessional & inconsistent. This bank has lied point blank to my face on multiple occasions. It all depends on who is working & what people are around them. Will never be back. Do not recommend. Go to first citizens or pnc

The customer service at this branch is SO HORRIBLE. I can't tell you how many times I've gone inside and through the drive in and had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. You have tellers walking around and chit chatting with each other when they should be helping customers. I just don't understand the management not doing their job. But how can they when they're part if the ones doing the same thing. Already shopping around for a new bank because when I need to do my banking business I don't have the time to wait and wait.

Was cashing a check from an Insurance company from my attorney's office due to a recent car accident. It was for 1000$ and they couldn't immediately cash it but had to deposit it because it was from an insurance company. I don't understand. Have cashed other checks and was able to get my money in hand right then and there. Staff is rude! Ugh.

Refused to deposit a certified check made out to two people, with both signatures endorsing it. Both people had to be present with ids. They only allowed the deposit because the customer showed them the banks written policy on checks made to two parties, followed by UCC provisions. The entire process took nearly an hour. Thank you, Janet and your equally incompetent manager.

This bank is the slowest I ever seen we had to wait almost 1 hour for them to open they say they open 9:00 but they open 10:00 don’t suggest going there

I deposited my check. I asked for a temp card. I was told I could not receive a temp card at the time for what reason, I don’t know! I was told by tomorrow I can come back and get a temp card. I returned today and I was told that this branch did not have any temp cards.

Worst customer service of any bank I've ever used Patty the banker will not return a phone call. Seriously there are other global banks in Fayetteville.

The staff is nice but priority is given to drive thru customers. One would think if you take the time to get out of your car and walk in that you would get the attention over those.too lazy to get out of a vehicle.
