Sun trust has lost my business for life! I visited this location for the first time yesterday. I had 2 gift cards that were given to my wife and I, we weren't sure what the balance on either card was and they had not expired yet. When these 2 card were given to us they each had $100.00 on them. The manager at SunTrust informs me that they had discontinued " this program" and couldn't tell me what the balance was, but I could try to use them to see if they would even work. Funny... They had no problem taking the cash to issue both cards. Lesson learned. No more Sun Trust, and probably no more gift cards as well. Good by to you sun trust, as well as your new merger partners BB&T.

I cannot open my account, this is the forth time in two months
