I don't know what is going on here but the drive thru lanes are super slow. Complicated transactions with inexperienced customers should be handled better in order to better serve everyone else. They are also not answering the phone!

The slowest bank I've ever been to. Today, there's only one tell and one office worker. People have been in the line for the tell for 15 minutes and no help is coming. The staff are nice though which is why I'll give three stars

Worst customer service in any SunTrust bank. I have been with SunTrust as long as it's been called SunTrust . It was Third National some 15 years ago. Pretty good service up til about a year ago. Slow at the counter, slow at the outdoor window and no thank you or any interaction from the inside tellers. I visit many other locations around town . None of them like this one on Nolensville Rd and Thompson lane.

The new branch manager is very nice and helpful as well as the staff. Thanks for assisting our business.

This places is really bad with the customer service, they make people wait long time for only a withdrawal, seriously is ridiculous.
