Truist Freedom Pkwy, Cumming

We were so glad to hear we wouldn’t have to drive up to Dawsonville everyday after the merge but quickly found out this branch is awful and doesn’t even come close to the customer service we were accustomed to in Dawsonville. They are convenient to make deposits but every time we need something else we have to go to Dawsonville to get it done right and in a timely manner. 😡😡😡

Went in 6/30/22 around 9:45am. Very rude staff at counter. She was extremely unwilling to help, and judgemental

Terrible staffing on a Saturday. Why would you not staff up with more employees to handle financial transaction. One tep and two tellers. People walking out. But yet they staff there financial people during the week. There was 9 people on line for the tellers plus covering drive thru. Ridiculous. I've used SunTrust for 20 years, but they have no customer staffing model for Saturday's. Almost 12pm and 12 people in line now. SMH. Plus there was a mortgage guy, probably the manager that left after his one transaction. Will SunTrust read this and contact me. We'll see.

HORRIBLE!!!! Used to be a great location and now it's the worst. The new people are so slow and they keep changing everything. I absolutely hate this bank. Probably going to switch to a different one because this SunTrust is that horrible

Employees at this location are always polite and helpful. I visited last week and they were seeing customers inside, by appointment only, and everyone was wearing a mask.

Slow as can be when I am just trying to give them my money. Ridiculous!
