Why on a Holiday Weekend would there not be any cash in the ATM. Got there around 10:00 am Villa RICA ATM EMPTY. WHAT??? WE NEED SUNTRUST BACK. ALL THE ISSUES WITH THIS CONSOLIDATION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE... I'm changing Banks...

Love this location! The ladies here are so sweet and always chipper ances friendly! They smile and always confirm my requests while taking the time to process my transaction! I will continue to bank with BB&T, our business banks with BB&T and family banks with BB&T. There's no other bank we prefer! Thank you ladies for your outstanding service!

STAY AWAY!!!! Slow service. Whether you go through the drive thru or go in, they’re super slow and don’t care about your time. I just waited an hour to speak with Susan. Susan was very kind and helpful, but I had to wait so long. This has occurred for years. Kerri is extremely rude. She is professional and gets what she has to get done with done, but she acts like she doesn’t care about the customers. Only the money the company gets. Debbie is so kind and professional. She will work fast but also give the welcoming environment BB&T claims every teller gives. That’s the only reason there is a single star on here. Take your money elsewhere. I overdrew by $3 and was charged $36 which they wouldn’t refund even though I came up with the cash 1 hour after the charge was processed. I even explained the check wasn’t supposed to be cleared until 2 days later (when I would have had the money in the account). It’s all about the money to them. No hospitality for their customers.

The only place in town closed for covid. ATM never works.

Wonderful branch of my favorite bank. The ladies are always very nice. A bit slow sometimes but it's a bank not a fast food restaurant.

Great hometown branch. The workers there a very helpful; they go the extra mile to help you and to save your time.

The ladies at drive-thru are always friendly and cheerful. I've been coming to this location for years and they always know my name.
