This bank is a joke. The worst I've ever used. BB&T was way better, now it's merged & nothing works. The mobile app is terrible & desperately needs attention. I won't be with this bank much longer.

One star. I would give less if I could. This branch is shutting down after years of service to the community. Now they expect us to travel to Orange City to do our banking. Deltona must not be a good place for banks because they are shutting one by one including TD bank, and Bank of America. This branch closing is now going to leave yet another void in community.

Shows there is an Active open location in Deltona in the Deltona Commons plaza but that isn't true. 👎🏼👎🏼

I guess I went to this location to close to closing. They close at 4 so getting there at 3:40 to do a wire and waiting 30 minutes for help was inconvenient to them. They tried to send me to orange city... implied they could get the wire out today at that location but not at the the location I’m at. After a few more additional questions it turned out to be a maybe. Smh must think I’m a fool. She had attitude. Yes she is here after hours doing my wire but if they told me to go to orange city BEFORE I waited 30 min I would have

They are horrible. My direct deposit was supposed to come today, I check my account and it said "pending closed" and I was not notified by them via email, call, text, or anything prior that they were going to be closing my account. Now, bills are due and I have to be the guy that looks like a scumbag telling my landlord that I can't pay my rent until next week because SunTrust closed my account without my knowledge.

Sarah at Suntrust in Deltona provide great customer service! She made it so easy for me to make some changes to my accounts while doing social distancing! Thanks again Mary

Great customer service and they go above and beyond to help. Brian and Barbara have been there for a while and always help with anything we need. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

We have banked here for the past three years. The staff is excellent. They always provide a personal touch to our banking experience.

Great people inside very friendly and responsive to your needs short wait times but worth it
