Entire staff are always very courteous and knowledgeable. Today, after a few hours with a personal banker, I learned much and my financial future is already headed in a new and promising direction. Waited 40 minutes and still waiting only one person to help with account. 4 seats avaiable for waiting all full. "Teller out to lunch" it's 513 pm. Banking here since 1996 and service horrible past years

Why a bank closes early is beyond me. Some of us have things we need to do. Guess that's what happens when you don't care about customers.
