Rolando never does his job right the first time. The Manager Walter is in a rush to go home and basically ran me off. This place is so unprofessional! No wonder the place is always empty!

If you love being treated like yesterday’s garbage, go to this branch and ask for “Roland” Here’s the lowdown: Had my assistant call this branch to inquire about business banking. She Spoke to a “Roland”. This guy was extremely defensive and talked to her like a 3rd class citizen. He asked questions such as: - “Why do you want to know that?” - “What’s your name again?” - “Why didn’t you just come into the branch instead of calling?” As a banker and a professional, one should NEVER talk to a potential customer this way.

This is a good company. They will help you build credit, always a nice experience. I like the bank manager, she rules with an iron fist. Things always run smoothly.

Very disrespectful manager and bank teller by the name of Arthur Martinez. Do not bank there. Disgusting treatment all around to their customers with buisness accounts. Bad representation of the company.

Great bank, good location If only they can keep the ATM from breaking down I can make my night deposits. They need more than one ATM
