This bank is so much better since the merge is complete. The new branch manager Aaron is awesome and should teach classes on customer service.

This branch doesn’t even exist anymore along with half of the other suntrusts in the area. The only suntrust that was open in the area doesn’t even show up on google maps. I was driving for probably an hour and a half to 3 different suntrusts that were all closed even though it says online that they are open.

Always waiting atleast 30 min to a hour in drive through.

The people work here are always very helpful. They work with you to help you anyway they can. I find them very trustworthy. I have never had issues at this bank. The minor ones I had they quick to help me solve them. Thank you Suntrust.

They are usually nice at this location but there was a lady with short white hair that was rude to me and made me never want to come back to this location unless I had to.
