I was waiting for almost an hour to be serviced (wire transfer), and was the only customer there for half that time. Never got helped by anyone.. Terrible customer service. I ended up calling a different branch and left to be assisted by that location. The location I went to afterward, was able to assist me within less than 2 minutes of entering their door, even with less staff.

The teller Sara an Rubi were phenomenal however the drive thru teller Sandi (?) was rude she acted as if she didn’t want to help us through the drive thru. She made me and my friend come into the branch. Sara had a line and asked Sandi for help and she acted like she didn’t want to help. Until rubi the manager came and started helping my friend. I like the gentleman that helped me a few times before. Thank you Sara and Rubi!

Sandy was the teller at the window. She was very rude and seemed as if she didn't like nor want her job. She was snarky and very short with customers. Once inside the other two tellers were very helpful and courteous, however once again Sandy was being rude to another customer.

I feel so much anger frustration with a worker from this bank today I went to this bank to ask for change for my business and Sergio denied me the change at the window gave me so much anger because I had to go shopping at a store that closed at 6 pm and I did not arrive on time, I called the supervisor of these banks and he agreed with what Sergio did. Please, if you don't want to have a bad time, don't open accounts at this bank and in February they will have another name, they are not. a trusted institutions. that's the reason they only have 2.5 stars

Just before the Labor Day weekend I made an appointment with Rubi. She respected my request to work with me over the window, so I could stay outside and she remained in the building. I so appreciate being able to receive good service without putting my health and life at risk. For some reason another appointment appeared on Rubi's calendar today, so she called me to verify that I had signed up. This second appointment was on her calendar by mistake, but she checked. What a relief to have the Bank's representative watch out for me during these difficult times. I really appreciate it.

Stopped by last Friday (March 5) to open a business account for my non-profit (I did have an apt, but was a little early, nevertheless a banker took me right away) and from the moment I walked in until the time I left (approx. 30 minutes later) service was awesome! Small branch, friendly staff, and customer-service friendly! Special shout out to "Alitio" - who helped me understand the entire process and even promptly returned my call following the visit. I'd definitely reccomend giving this small community branch another try.

Absolutely the worst. In reality, NEGATIVE 5 stars. I've been doing business at this branch for over 30 years and used to enjoy it, but the banking experience there now is simply dreadful. The best and brightest managers don't stay long at this location. HR needs a more rigorous assessment of the competency levels of their hires. Every visit this year had been an exercise in frustration and wasted time. First, there is a shortage of tellers--just one to handle both the inside and drive-up customers on a regular weekday. I've also been there when there was only one teller at the inside counter on a Friday afternoon. Today at the drive-up I waited 4 minutes while the one teller was handling an inside transaction. Normally, they will alternate taking one inside and then one drive-up customer and in that manner, the teller then came to me. All I had was a simple transaction, to cash a small check. But instead of working with and finishing my transaction, she then went back to the inside counter and served the next customer from start to finish before handling my transaction, which doubled my wait time. Another time two managers who were sitting alone in their cubicles after 4 pm on a Friday afternoon did nothing while the single teller's line grew from 3 to over 15 people as she struggled to understand one customer's situation for over 20 minutes. The teller wouldn't ask for help from the managers, despite the growing line, and the managers wouldn't step in until embarrassed into action by a customer. 3 customers in line walked out in disgust rather than end up spending an inordinate amount of time in line, which they were not anticipating. I had an assistant manager who couldn't do the math to make change for a $100 bill--despite being given both verbal and written instructions with the requested breakdown. After waiting over 10 minutes--this was after already waiting over 30 minutes for any customer service at all--I left the cubicle to search for her and ask what was taking so long. She was trying to work with my request behind the counter and couldn't figure it out. I had to WALK HER THROUGH the breakdown for the change as requested THREE TIMES before she understood. I also learned that you can call a manager at 5 pm (who was supposed to call you back that day and never did) and make a notarization appointment with them for 9 am the next morning, then arrive promptly when the bank opens only to have to wait until they arrive 15 minutes late, head to their cubicle, sit down at their computer, turn it on while shuffling a few papers, and make you continue to wait until you have to interrupt (I gave her an additional 15 minutes) because they "FORGOT" about the appointment they made with you at COB the previous day. Stay away from this branch, which fails to value its customers.

I went to cash a check the other day and though the teller was friendly she made me waste my time. She failed to tell me right away that in order to cash my check she needed to verify with the account owner. I stood there waiting for more than 10 minutes just seeing her pick up the phone and trying to make phone calls. I felt like she was just doing other stuff before cashing my check. It was until she failed to contact the owner of the account that she informed me that verification was needed. Had I known the verification was needed I would have try to contact the owner my self or I would have come back at a later time when I had more time to wait.

Emma is a great help. She’s very efficient with her time and I really appreciate her attention to detail in each transaction I have with her. She completes it right each time. Thanks for the help!

I'm giving them 1 start just because i cannt do a NO start. The worst customer service ever, i just open a join account with my husband and today when i try to deposit both our checks it took them 1 hour and 2 tellers to deposit my husband's check because they couldnt "find him" i had to call the representative who open my account (from another branch) to asked if he could help and he told me what to tell them so they could do the deposit. Dont even waste your time going to this location. If you want a great customer service and actually want to leave with a smile on you face visit the branch in baileys crossroad and ask for George he is one of the best.
