    Do NOT expect anything that amounts to customer service at this branch. In the middle of an ATM cash deposit (ATM in bank drive-thru) the screen suddenly went blank, indicated a "lost signal" and returned to the home screen. I was not given/sent a receipt, so I went inside to speak with a teller - who told me that this was a common occurrence. She also told my wife and me that she had complained to bank management who prohibited her from taking any action - not even allowing her to post a sign cautioning use of the ATM for deposits. Then she kicked the proverbial can down the road and told us that she could not do anything to help other than to write a claim/report (which she did) because Brinks serviced the ATM. However, she cheerfully (it wasn't her money, afterall) advised us that these sorts of things were resolved in 24 hours. (Glad I didn't need the funds immediately or I would have been out of luck!) So, three days later when we had still not received the deposited funds, my wife returned to the bank. Zilch. The same teller who had written the report now only vaguely recalled the event...rather than trying to resolve the situation they offered no assistance. We have since filed a complaint with Truist (corporate) through the fraud department - after some investigation the person we spoke with said our claim had been "canceled " - for reasons unknown. This has been a nightmare. I understand that machines break. What I don't understand is why the local branch would not want to resolve this issue. Poor-to-nonexistent management and/or customer service. Don't expect anything here, and you won't be disappointed! Update: After contacting Corporate the issue was resolved within a day. I simply cannot understand why the branch couldn't/didn't offer the same attention.

    Worst banking experience of my life. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with four different people solely trying to update my email address and phone number to log in to online banking. My intention was to pull financial statements online as documentation for divorce from my abusive husband while I am going through cancer treatments. I called this office, and the lady on the phone tells me I as a double cancer patient on chemotherapy need to come into the branch in order to verify my identity for a total of $15.82 on an account, because they are "trying to protect me." Absolutely unacceptable. I will never bank with this company again. This office's only saving grace is their branch manager, Brett Deavenport. If I could, I would give him all of the stars for being extremely helpful, efficient, and understanding of my situation once I was in the office. That man deserves a raise.

    My experience with this branch has been so poor that I am seriously considering closing my account with the bank, that I've had for over a decade Their absolute inability to complete the most simple tasks is baffling. It has taken me 6 weeks and five visits just to try to get a functioning debit card...to no avail! Went in today for the THIRD card supposedly issued. And, to no one's surprise, it doesn't work. Still can't access my funds without going in person during a weekday, after close to TWO. MONTHS. I can't even imagine what it would be like trying to conduct actual business with these folks.

    Lola Presley treated my husband like he wasn’t supposed to have a $3000 check from Clayton Homes. The check was for a down payment but the deal didn’t go through for the home. She questioned him like he had stole the check which was very unprofessional. Even on the phone she asked the lady if the check was real or had it been a stopped payment. I feel and what I witnessed was he was racially profiled. And the worst part is she is a older blk lady which she has lived through it and should know damn better. No we don’t want to open up an account here hell no. Never will I bank with a bank who treat customers like this.

    Nice new location, and the staff are great. Went there for the first time today, and not only did the SunTrust team assist me but they also assisted another customer in medical distress. They all were kind and patient taking to 911 until help arrived. They never once seemed annoyed or put out by having to help. Great first impression!

    Some of the most unfriendly people I have ever met. Its saddens me.that I am in there a couple time a months. Exact same transaction is done each time I am in there and always something wrong. We were in today and the teller wasn't pleasant at all. Kept calling the person I was with by another name, questioned his reason for being there not once, but twice! Then went to speak to another teller regarding the transaction that we do every month. Almost shorted us 50$ too. And we go through this every month!!

    Do not bank with this company. The "customer service reps" have no customer service skills over the phone and I can only imagine what they are like in person. I do not have an account with this bank and am in the market for a new bank but it definately wont be with this company. Bank at your own risk!

    The people are nice. I like talking with a teller without that bullet proof glass that makes me wonder if I'm not safe, this branch is safe!! Ask for Sally she is very thorough.

    We have banked with Suntrust for twenty years. They recently moved locations but do not have an overnight deposit other than the use of the ATM.
