I don't understand the complaints. I love the machine! It gives you an extra 2 hours in the banking day to take care of banking with a live teller. The lines can be long, but at least you have access to two tellers face to face plus a live teller operating virtually! People are intimidated to use the virtual teller. I have seen long lines of people who avoid the virtual teller. Many times I have bypassed the line and gone straight to the virtual teller. I don't understand the complaints.

I am giving Shan M. Manora (FSR Banker) 5 stars for her knowledge, professionalism, helpful attitude and great spirit. From the time I walked up she was smiling. Her knowledge was impressive. I had a wonderful experience.

Ive had nothing but goodluck here and great service . Even better than the bigger banks .Please SunTrust dont ever close this Location,or i may take my business to another bank. If its not broken dont fix it.

This was my favorite bank due to the location from my house and the staff. Now they have remodeled and took away the face to face with a machine. The lines are long and it is not the same. Many people are going to a different location now or have closed there accounts.

Mir was the absolute best! He helped me open up my son's first student checking account. Kudos to him!!

This bank is awesome I recommend u go here if u want good service there line was sure long but whatever u need they will take care of u make sure if ur in a hurry go to another bank because this bank is patient and will also take care of u

I came in here at 1230 its now 115pm and still haven't been served. It was only 4 people ahead of me customer service is so slow dont come here if in a hurry

THE DAILY IS CROWDED ALL THE TIME

It gets really busy sometimes but the girls who work here work really hard to get the wait down and stay polite and upbeat through it all.

I've been in line since 1:55...it's now 2:16.a nd still 5 people in front of me..never again!
