I deposited a check that they put on hold because they wanted to wait till the check cleared. They never made the funds available to me and did not cash the check because the hold was for 8 days. The check turned out to be a bad check after that they withdrew the money our my account as if they ever gave it to me. Apparently somebody doesn't kno how to do their job and needs to go back through training. They better fix my account ASAP

Worst service ever by Vivica DeVaughn. She lies upfront and don’t do her job. She said she will give call back, waited for 2 days but bo callback. It was regarding fraud claim. When reached branch and discussed, she claims I am not only client for her which is understandable. But she lies again and said she did her work but infect she never called fraud department claiming they are too busy. Busy for 2 days? Unbelievable.

I have been using this branch for about 8 years and love it! From Brian , the manager, to the customer service reps and tellers, I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. They always seem to have time to help with whatever I need help with. When I started a small business they were right there to help with a start-up loan and a business checking account, did a mortgage loan for me, and have helped keep my accounts healthy with sound financial planning. I am a small depositor but they make me feel like like one of their largest.

"Best Bank in Town!" I've been with several other banks in Charlotte, and none were as friendly and helpful as BB&T! I've always had positive experiences.

Decent location. Not the fastest I've dealt with, but it works. Prefer the Blakeney location.

This is probably the worst location to ever go to. No more than 1 person ever working. Average visit here will cost 20 minutes.

Great service and help from the staff there.
