So disappointed in the constant closing and reopening of this branch. I am finding it hard to believe that the entire banking system has shut down due to lack of one employee. Would seem that you should be able to find another body to transfer in to help keep the flow of business going. I know that your people say that you do not "Close Lightly", but it is frustrating for business owners who hold accounts and have only one branch close to do banking. One would think that with all the people looking for work that you could find someone if even to fill in temporarily. But, I guess when you cut all the employee to begin with, to save more money and cut your overhead, this is what happens when a disaster hits. Poor backup plan and it is the customers who suffer from it.

Horribly inconvenient bank. Only one employee working, definitely ready to switch banks. They make nothing easy except the app. Just a revise: this bank is a shyster. They have taken about $4000.00 in overdraft...back to back during the pandemic over the last 12 months. Switching banks.

This bank treat their black customers like if they were second class citizens. Is that how Cooperate train their employees to descriminate? If not Cooperate needs to look at this situation here! What ever happened to treating everyone equally? If I treated someone badly, I would expect to be treated back badly. But if I'm respectful and taking care of my business and someone just feel like treating me badly, that's simply unexceptable. Whatever happened to good customer service? Is it not taught anymore? The people who are in charge to secure your money, should have some type of customer service training, but they don't, and anyone just get the job. If they don't treat you professionally like they should, you should just find another bank that would.

On 4/19 at about 6:04 p.m., I attempted a cash deposit at the ATM; which was rejected. But, my cash wasn't properly returned and $46 remained in the machine, along with my business debit card. I saw someone working inside the building; so I (unsuccessfully) attempted to call, with no answer.

As with any bank, ask about fees. BB&T has a lot of fees. The fellow working there is obviously pretending he knows what he is doing. Keep faking it til you make it!

Watch out they sting you on overdraft fees. Thieving gits!

Visited branch several time to try to talk to someone about a HELOC, no one is ever there and always a promise that someone will call us back, which never happens
